The food generally on par with other locations but the service and drive through line can be very slow. Not the location you want to go to if you’re in a rush

Employees were distracted by commotion in parking lot furthering the frustration of our experience. Receipt #6530
Parking: Horrible parking lot. Stood at a grid lock for 20 mins with people yelling at each other to back up when there is no clear path for avoidance. Once the line is backed up to 52 entrance there is no way to exit. With cars coming in from the back entrance it doubles up at full stop because the cars coming from 52 don’t stop. People in parking spaces are stuck without exit as well. So please avoid this Dunkin especially at high volume times.

Not the best Dunkin for sure. The coffee was terrible but Dunkin never has good coffee. This stuff I couldn't even drink more than a few sips. The donuts didn't seem fresh to me either.

This being a combination Dunkin Donuts/Circle K, it is pretty big. Yet it only has one restroom, one that is shared by men and women. It isn't the case that there is a second one that is out of order. If when you go there, the place is moderately busy, there is probably going to be a line.

Asked amber to tell the other female worker that she need to put her hair up. Her hair is inside the persons cup. She made three drinks at once put all three of them in her arms and her long ponytail. She swung it around. It went inside their cup. I mentioned it to her and she gave me a smug look and said OK I’ll tell someone about that. I went inside to get a straw after I left the window and they didn’t know I was inside and they were talking crap about me asking for the manager information. They refused to give me any information besides, the owner is Liz. When I was inside, I saw the cook reach his hand into the bacon drawer and rip apart bacon, putting it on the grill for consumption with his bare hands, no gloves. Bad customer service, bad hygiene, and no one in charge to talk to or correct issues. Plus I was given the wrong food. Management needs to step in and do something!!!!!!

Brandy was so helpful and sweet. By far the best customer service I have gotten because the other lady behind the counter was rude nasty and I think her name is Tina. Anyway I 10/10 recommend you go see Brandy to make all your coffee dreams come true.

Horrible people terrible service. They left me standing there for almost a hour in total while they gossiped in the drive thru.
Just came in from out of town. Order HOT coffee and receive an iced coffee. I ask a young lady if they could fix it! On the ticket it clearly says HOT. The lady at the drive thru snapped at me sending me to the other cashier. Not a problem but the problem is speak to people like you have some sort of respect. We work hard for our money and should be treated like we matter. I’ve never purchased a donut and coffee with a large side of rude! Gladly I don’t live in this town. I had the right mind to ask for a refund but I don’t do the back and forth with people like her. You should really check in to how your staff treats people because DD are a dime a dozen

I mobile ordered for my mom and I this morning. My mom can’t have any dairy and we made sure to put almond milk as the dairy option. When I picked up the drinks, I wasn’t completely sure if it was made with almond milk, the staff kindly remade it with almond milk even though the store was busy. Just wanted to give a thank you to the staff for being so helpful and remaking the drink just in case it wasn’t made with almond milk!
