I noticed the extra effort that BOTH employees exhibited to keep the store working today. Just because you have me pull forward in the Drive-Thru does not mean that your metrics are any better as far as drive-thru speed, because technically I'm still waiting for my food. Just sayin....

Brandy was so helpful and sweet. By far the best customer service I have gotten because the other lady behind the counter was rude nasty and I think her name is Tina. Anyway I 10/10 recommend you go see Brandy to make all your coffee dreams come true.
