Is it really that difficult to read the modifications on an ONLINE ORDER? Especially when there is no one else in the drive through? Why is it so hard to leave things off of a sandwich? I’m literally cutting steps out for you… and the laziness of the wrapping… my burgers were just thrown in the bag half it of the wrapper!

Alright for a McDonald’s the food was good but the service was absolute crap when I told them I was missing an item ( a hot and spicy mcchicken )even tho they just handed me the bag and I was still at the counter, they said somehow I eat the item, explain that I hadn’t even moved and brought it up to the worker that had just handed me the bag terrible service I would rather drive 20 mins then come back to this McDonalds
