“We love the Thai food and the people at Thai Me Up in Shalimar. Their fried rice, Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles with shrimp, and spring rolls are favorites. It is always freshly cooked, spiced to perfection, and generously portioned. The ingredients are of high quality and worth the menu prices. They go out of their way to provide quality service and food. Try their food! I strongly recommend it.“

“Food is always Too of the Line, but I tell you if this isn’t some of the “WORST” Customer Service I have ever seen!!! The Lady is alright sometimes, but the Old Guy there has the Attitude from hell and always act like he is doing you a Favor! He won’t answer the phone, sends you to another phone that is just VM. Then eventually calls you back and says.. you call Yoyos’? Which we call cause we are in the area, but he always calls back when out of area. Please stay home guy if you don’t like being in the truck! You are the “Sore spot” of this place! On his PTO day… 5 stars!!!“

“We stayed in Destin for a week and stumbled upon this place. It’s a little rough from the outside - looks like it’s in a mobile home trailer - but don’t let that fool you. The food and service were both excellent. My daughter insisted we come back and eat at Thai Smile our last night in town. We are vegetarians and they were very polite, informative and accommodating, and remembered us when we came back. Highly recommend.“

“We eat Thai all the time, and I have to say this Thai food is the BEST!!! It feels light but yet so delicious!!! We now order take out at least once a week bc we are so addicted to this restaurant. It's like the other Thai restaurants feel more like recipes from home cooks which don't get me wrong, I absolutely love. But Benjarong feels like there is a Thai chef in there whooping up the most delicious menu. It's just so tasty, light, and fresh. I am so glad we found this place.“

“Hidden gem in Fort Walton Beach!! NO MSG added!! Much healthier than other Thai restaurants locally. Food seems from scratch, you can taste the different flavors of veges, because the food isn't hiding behind an excess of sugary sauce. The owner is awesome, as well as the chef...super friendly. The veges are not over cooked, retaining a slight crispness. We chose this restaurant tonight because of another review they received from an insurance inspection. The inspector was so impressed with how clean they are, after doing an inspection, that he chose to eat dinner there and was happy enough to leave a great review! Large servings...we left with leftovers. The steamed dumplings were sooo good!! Going back this week with a friend. It is so great to see a restaurant care about their food being real!! Our new favorite!!! Can't give them a high enough rating!!“

“Overall the food was delicious. I ordered the basil fried rice with chicken plus shrimp and the crispy fried chicken wings. The chicken wings were great and so was the basil fried rice. My issue is I paid $3 extra to add shrimp. To my dismay, there were only three (3) shrimp in my entree. That's $1 per shrimp - wow. Overall I will order again for take out - but in person and not online for pick up.“

“Went here for my first time to have some takeout for dinner, and I wasn’t let down with the Pad Thai and Thai tea! I had it with medium spice and added a little extra hot sauce (not like Tabasco, but like salsa) from a table with condiments and I loved it! I will need to try more items on the menu, but so far this place has my 5 stars. The ladies are very friendly, and it was a nice little hole in the wall restaurant.“

“It cannot be overstated that this is the ONLY place worth getting Thai food, and I have been to basically every restaurant from Pensacola to Destin and everything in between. Pad Thai, Fried Rice, Panang Curry, and my favorite Kee Mao are highlights.Don't be fooled by the modest interior and unusual name, the food and service is better than some 5 star restaurants I've been to.“
