“My mother is Thai. There are VERY few restaurants in Fort Walton that come close to my mom's cooking. O'sha is on point with their flavors. Great food!Parking: Park behind the building. There's a back entrance as well as a store-front entrance.“
“In town for 3 weeks so our first time here. Will definitely be back! Very clean, very friendly, knowledgeable staff and best of all, food was spot on! ? I had the vegetable Pad Thai and fried egg rolls. Highly recommend both! Huge serving, which gave me enough for 2 more meals! Go!“
“Yesssss their lunch specials are such a great deal! $10-15! Service is very fast and portions are huge....excellent value. I've never cared for fried rice at most places I go to, but this place is the only location where id go to specifically for the thai fried rice! Soooo good!“
“? Authentic Thai Food and Recipes. 10/10 Very impressed.? Complimentary Spring Roll - perfect all the way around. Thin crispy flaky wrapper, crispy shredded lettuce, and tender glass noodles. Can't make it better than this.? Massaman Curry - I've had countless variations of this dish, and Thai Town is top shelf. Loved the thin disc shaped carrots with zig zag edges, nice touch. Thinly sliced tender beef and bite sized cubed potatoes (some chefs leave this too large imo). Don't think ive seen a slice of orange bell pepper in this dish before, nice touch there as well.? Tom Kha Gai (Spicy Mushroom Coconut Milk Soup) - Again, Wow! Possibly the best Ibe ever had. Packed with ingredients and flavors. Big stems of lemongrass, lots of mushrooms, lime leaves, and chicken. 100% authentic tasting. Gigantic portion for $15 - could be a meal since it's served with rice.? Pad Thai - perfect version of this traditional recipe. Large portion, well cooked noodles, and fresh tasting ingredients.? Thai Tea - good, maybe a bit heavy on the coconut milk.? Thai Spicy level of hotness in soup and curry is good, not too spicy if you like some heat.♨️ Dishes and soup were served piping hot as Thai should be.“
“Here on vacation in Florida and was recommended this Thai restaurant. Was told they make pizzas with Thai toppings. Tried the larb pizza, different but tasty. This Thai restaurant is really good. Very authentic because you can tell by the ingredients in their tom yum soup: fresh basil, kaffir lime leaves and lemon grass stalks. Glad we got recommended here. As many of y’all know when vacationing in Destin/Fort Walton/Pensacola you will see a lot of Thai restaurants, and we are never sure which one is good. Well, I must say this one is good and would definitely be back. And one other thing is that this also has a bar and pool tables. Open til midnight“
“Baan Thai is a family run restaurant that serves delicious, authentic Thai food. I’m a longtime patron of this restaurant and have always enjoyed my meals whether dining in person or ordering takeout. If you want something that’s not on their extensive menu, they’ll gladly make it for you. Atmosphere is quiet but very family friendly and the Thai decor is nice. Prices are very reasonable and I always leave with leftovers because they serve such large portions. If you haven’t tried this little gem, you’re missing out.“
“We are regulars but haven't been there for a few months. Appears to be under new management. The food was very good. We got our usual: Spring Rolls, Thai Beef salad, and chicken Pad Thai. I didn't notice a change in the recipe. I feel they made An improvement in their atmosphere. We only got take out, and the lobby was more comfortable than in the past. I really like the artwork.“
“Anyone traveling with me knows Thai is my first choice for dinner on the road and I am a repeat customer at Thai Kitchen in Ft Walton when I go to Hurlburt Field. Almost never crowded inside but there's a steady stream of takeouts. Loved their basil chicken, pineapple fried rice and pad Thai. Eggplant was disappointing but the portions are always generous and definitely freshly prepared. Table service a little lacking but midweek is probably not busy enough to justify extra staff.“
“It cannot be overstated that this is the ONLY place worth getting Thai food, and I have been to basically every restaurant from Pensacola to Destin and everything in between. Pad Thai, Fried Rice, Panang Curry, and my favorite Kee Mao are highlights.Don't be fooled by the modest interior and unusual name, the food and service is better than some 5 star restaurants I've been to.“
“DO NOT go by the look of this place. I skeptically ordered for red curry and when I took my first bite.....wow is an understatement!!! Love love love the food. My next try is fish curry with rice!!! Again don't go by the outside, get in and taste it..... You are gonna be addicted!!“
“Some items were a bit pricey, but wow the flavors. The glass noodle salad and cashew chicken were off the chart yummy. We were disappointed with the dumplings. However, I can't wait to go back. I even have food delivered from here to a friend that lives local. This is a must try restaurant.“
“This place has the best Thai options in the area. Soooo good. It’s my new favorite place for Thai. The service was excellent too, but the music was a little annoying. Regardless, I’d sit through music I don’t like to experience the food.Vegetarian options: Just ask for not meat.“
