I liked a Korean restaurant in Germany too, but no other place I've tried (about 20 others) has compared. The owner always remembers me, my family, and my friends. We don't even need a menu, she knows what food and drinks we want and lets us know if there's something special to try that day, like the seaweed soup.“

“The place was packed for the lunch buffet. The price for all all you can eat is very reasonable for what they offer. Everything on the buffet was very good. In my opinion the food was toned down some. Of course I'm at Thai guy so I was raised up eating thai food. They keep the buffet well stocked. I would say definitely worth a try if your in the mood for some Thai food.“

My favorite is the Blueberry and I was happy to enjoy a pumpkin beer as well! A flight is also available if you want to try out their beers! Kyle served us and was friendly and knowledgeable about the beers! We saw a few people come with their dogs, and the Props cats are a nice addition!“

“This is by far our favorite Thai place in Ft Walton as well as top 5 of any others we’ve visited on our travels. My husband always gets the fried rice (Thai hot), my 4yo daughter has been eating their egg drop soup since she was 18 months old, and I try varying things on the menu but my post today is about my favorite thing I’ve had. The chicken coconut soup is out of this world!! Pictured below it was the perfect mix of flavors and the broth is absolutely delicious. Their Thai beef salad is also excellent (I like to order a side of sticky rice to go with it). The Pad Thai is decent but I would say it’s the least impressive of any meals I’ve tried here. The mango sticky rice is also a go-to for us, as long as mangos are in season.“

“Our server was very friendly and on point. They were a little busy, but no wait at the time we went. Food came out quickly and was hot.
Steaks had a seasoning on them that seemed a little spicy but still was delicious.
The soup I ordered as an appetizer never came out. Which was fine because there was so much food I didnt even need it. Our server realized no soup without asking and brought it out anyways in Togo box and removed it from the bill. It was a great all around experience“

“Had dinner at Angler’s Beachside Grill and ordered the crab-crusted grouper with hush puppies and the vegetable medley. Everything was absolutely amazing. The grouper was cooked perfectly, the crab topping added incredible flavor, and the entire meal was fresh and delicious. The hush puppies were a great complement to the meal, and the vegetable medley was cooked just right.

The food, atmosphere, and overall experience made for a fantastic evening. If you’re in the area and looking for great seafood, I highly recommend giving Angler’s Beachside Grill a try. I’ll definitely be back!“

“You don’t go to Stewbys and NOT order seafood. You don’t go to Mcguires and NOT order a steak or a Reuben. You don’t go to Culver’s and NOT order a dairy dessert. You don’t go to Tops and NOT order a burger. Many restaurants are known for doing certain things well. If you come on here ONLY reviewing their fried rice then that’s a YOU problem, not a Tokyo Express problem. Their fried rice is okay, just like the other restaurants mentioned have okay food if you order something they aren’t known locally for. Only ordering and reviewing their fried rice would be like going to Stewbys and only ordering fries, or Mcguires and only ordering chicken tenders or Culver’s and only ordering a fish sandwich or Tops and only ordering tater tots. Palettes must be expanded to truly enjoy the full experience of a restaurant. With this being said, don’t place an order from Tokyo Express without ordering their chicken on a stick or Singapore Mei Fun. This is what they are known for locally. You will not get a tastier, juicier fried chicken with a slight crunch or a more deeply flavored curry spiced noodle with the perfect blend of meats, egg and vegetables anywhere else. If you want to experience 5 stars, then make your order a 5 star order. 1) Chicken on a Stick 2) Singapore Mei Fun 3) Enjoy! ❤️“

“The food is excellent. We have eaten several different items on the menu and never had a bad meal. The is a variety of choices, something for everyone. Seafood, steak, pasta, salads, and more. The service is also excellent. Very professional and friendly. You will never be thirsty; they are constantly refilling the water glasses. They have an extensive wine list. Desserts are amazing. Be sure to save room or get one to go.“

My only complaint for the Shrimp and Grits is the shrimp are obviously frozen farmed, and small. The grits and biscuits are very good and well seasoned, they need bigger, fresher shrimp to make it a high quality dish. Definitely a popular place and I need to try some other meals.“
