“We have been to Bijoux over the last few years and each time has been truly amazing! The food has never disappointed and the service is wonderful (we really like Lisa as our server). The wine selection is not huge but does have very nice options for any occasion. Great appetizers (Crab Beignets are a favorite) and their Filet Mignon is the best we have found in South Walton. Last evening my wife and I split the 20oz Cowboy Ribeye (med. rare +) and it was so good! They also make their own desserts and we usually get the Cheesecake (last night’s was Orange Marscapone) and a couple of scoops of sorbet(so good!). Can’t wait to go back again.“

“We came in on a Friday evening after spending the entire day out in the Florida heat, and what we walked into was an incredible surprise. From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the amazing aromas instantly let us know we were in for something special.

The biggest highlight of our visit, though, was our server, Karina (“CoCo”). We were incredibly fortunate to have her taking care of us. She didn’t just meet our expectations….she completely exceeded them! She was outstanding with our child (which is always my top priority), attentive, personable, and had an impressive knowledge of the entire menu. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made our dining experience unforgettable.

We visit here several times each year, and I can honestly say CoCo is the best server we’ve ever had. The food is always fantastic and highly recommended, but if you want the absolute best experience, be sure to ask for Karina (“CoCo”). You’ll be glad you did! “Stopped in for the first time. It is a cozy eating Area. My Salmon Ceasar salad was very nice. The dressing was subtle and not overpowering. The salad was only the nice parts of the Romaine. My wife had a Salmon sandwich which was also very good. The bread was soft and tasty. Salmon was a good size and well prepared. Waitstaff was attentive but not bothersome. Overall a very pleasant experience. We will dine again“

Our crew had chicken strips with an over the top mac n cheese, a burger that came with an onion ring on top and hand cut fries that were fried to crispy perfection, and a flank steak salad with avocado that puts any plain salad to shame. They have a good list of adult beverages that include a create your own margarita. You get to choose the rim of your glass, the type of tequila you want, and the flavor. I would highly suggest dining outside. The atmosphere is great out there. Service was just normal. I felt a little like it may have had to do with having two younger girls with me and maybe they were afraid we would get separate bills and not tip accordingly. However, I paid the entire bill and tipped appropriately and then everything seemed okay. This would be the only complaint I have. Other than that, our experience was excellent. This is why I gave them a 4 star instead of 5 star rating.“

“My family ate here Friday night and it was wonderful. We had outstanding service from all the staff, but especially our server Mackenzie. Hands down the best Sushi we have ever eaten and yummy filets cooked to perfection. Our little girl loved her kids quesadillas too. “One of the best dining experiences we had on our trip to Sandestin! The food didn't just look amazing—it was absolutely delicious.

My daughter has food allergies, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure her meal was prepared separately and served with exceptional care. The manager, Mark, even brought out a specially printed menu tailored to her dietary needs. They served her meal on a different-looking plate so it was easy to distinguish, which gave us even more peace of mind.

She ordered a dish that she ended up not liking, and Mark personally came to our table, apologized, and removed it from our bill without us even asking.

It truly means so much when people treat you with the same care and respect they would want for their own family. Outstanding food, incredible hospitality, and service that went far beyond our expectations. We can't wait to come back!“

“Are you looking for the absolute best dining experience for an extra special occasion, or just a great night out? This is THE right place! The food and service are elevated to a whole nother level. Our seating was such that we were able to witness the fine orchestration of the kitchen. Later the Executive Chef Fleetwood Covington happened to deliver a celebration dessert to our table. He is clearly a rising star in the culinary industry. His skills in orchestrating and elevating the best out of his team are top notch. We can’t wait to visit again.
