Our waiter, Pat, was a standout from the start. His friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge of the menu made us feel right at home. He took the time to recommend some of the restaurant's signature dishes, and his enthusiasm for the food was infectious. We began our culinary journey with a dozen oysters on the half shell, which were incredibly fresh and served with a tangy cocktail sauce. Pat's suggestion to try the chargrilled oysters was a game-changer; they were rich and flavorful, topped with a heavenly garlic butter that had us savoring every bite. For the main course, I opted for the grilled Shrimp Platter. Both dishes were beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to quality ingredients and traditional recipes. What truly made our experience memorable was the generosity of the manager, Shannon. After noticing how much we were enjoying our meal, he personally came to our table to check in. His genuine care for his guests and passion for the restaurant really shone through, making us feel valued and appreciated. “My wife and I ate there last night. Kind of expected it to just be a bar with “bar food”, was so wrong! We had a dozen fresh oysters, I actually had a few of them and I usually hate seafood! Super yummy! I had the chicken dinner, sauce and chicken was really good, so were the cheese grits. My wife had the catch of the day, happened to be Flounder, one of her favorites. The portion that came out was HUGE and she said really yummy, too! Tons of beers on tap and some funny t-shirts for sale too. Great place, may go again tonight!“

“We didn't eat any food, but coffee and smoothies were good (iced caramel latte, Iced caramel and coconut latte, pina colada smoothies and strawberry smoothie). The line was out the door, and there is no where to sit inside but they have a few tables set up outside. The waiting area to get your order was hectic and crowded. Prices were what you would expect from other local coffee shops.“

“I had a really great experience at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. The young girl Hannah was so friendly and welcoming, and she did a great job explaining all the specials and helping me pick out some treats. The chocolate was just as good as advertised, and Hannah’s warm personality made the visit even better. Definitely worth stopping in!“

Our crew had chicken strips with an over the top mac n cheese, a burger that came with an onion ring on top and hand cut fries that were fried to crispy perfection, and a flank steak salad with avocado that puts any plain salad to shame. They have a good list of adult beverages that include a create your own margarita. You get to choose the rim of your glass, the type of tequila you want, and the flavor. I would highly suggest dining outside. The atmosphere is great out there. Service was just normal. I felt a little like it may have had to do with having two younger girls with me and maybe they were afraid we would get separate bills and not tip accordingly. However, I paid the entire bill and tipped appropriately and then everything seemed okay. This would be the only complaint I have. Other than that, our experience was excellent. This is why I gave them a 4 star instead of 5 star rating.“

“Definitely enjoyed hanging at the pool on my stay, had a couple drinks and wings, only disappointment was when I first arrived I wanted a frozen drink and they didn't have no explanation, then as 8 was leaving I see the frozen cocktail machine was going kinda irked but all in all good time“

“These doughnuts are the BEST you will ever have. Every flavor is yummy so you really can't go wrong with whatever you choose. They also have new savory ones that are just as delicious. The pepperoni pizza one was chef's kiss. They are very pricey though so be prepared to spend. I still splurge every time we go because we only get them once a year while on vacation. One thing I did notice this year is that the store could use a good cleaning. The shelves and pendant lights have a thick layer of dust on them. The windows and glass doors are also dirty and it doesn't seem like they get cleaned regularly since they are already dirty when they first open in the mornings. That made me a little uneasy because I started wondering what the kitchen looked like. Lots of flies were coming in as well so they should invest in one of those front door fans. Hopefully they improve these things before we visit again.“

“Great place, great atmosphere. Busy at times though. I went there with my son & husband while we were on vacation and we waited quite a while for the food but they have a great staff. A young miss came and she was so sweet and professional, she reassured me that the food would be out soon and she was so concerned. She came and served the food. I asked her what her name was I think she said, Christal. When we got the food it was great so overall I would recommend this place.“
