Marcella was our server and was super friendly and attentive. The food is good and reasonably priced. The staff is customer focused. Even the cook asked us several times if we needed anything and was quick to get my son a glass if water when asked. The portions are large. My only complaint is the coffee. It's mediocre at best. Otherwise this Waffle House is great.
Kierra (manager) and Charles (server) cultivated the most lavish grit bowl I’ve ever ingested! From the French style scrambled eggs to the butter-infused grits - I was in awe from start to finish! Not to mention, their teamwork combined had this establishment clean enough to eat off the floors in minutes of my arrival! 10 out of 10 recommend! Southern certified and approved!
My mom and I went into the WH Shalimar on Saturday(8/10). It’s our favorite, but that team was absolutely AMAZING! They were helpful, polite, and working together. So……WH Shalimar, FL keep doing what you’re doing, it’s working.
