customer service is definitely lacking. Had an issue with our order and was handled poorly
I decided to come back and update my review of this location due to the fantastic service I received, there was a young lady and a young man ( he had a scooby doo necklace)working the drive through, it was between 545 and 6 pm Aug 6. When I thought I had an issue with my tire, not only were they compassionate but they jumped to do whatever they could to try and help, fortunately it was just low. The lady that usally works the night shift and has her hair in a bun is the best. My sister and i go almost twice a week late at night and she’s always working and makes our ice cream quick and even takes our special requests.
