Regular customer at this location and never had any major complaints until tonight's order. I live about 4mins down the road and often order delivery without any issues through dominos app or Uber. Tonight's delivery was supposed to be delivered by Uber. The driver called me once stating he had issues locating my house. I gave him instructions he said he was familiar with the community and would call me if he had any issues. The driver marked this completed/delivered because he could not find my house and delivered it back to the store. I called Uber who said dominos uses their own drivers and would need to call them. So I did. They said it would be redelivered I would get a call and took my info down. About an hour later I got call from the same number/store saying they couldn't get a hold of me? You just did on the phone? I ended up going to pick the order up personally. Wouldn't have even been a huge issue if the order was just cancelled instead of being marked as delivered and charging customers for items they did not receive. What kind of person/business does that?

I ordered a pizza and wings and both of them were wrong. This seems to happen pretty often with this particular Domino’s Pizza. I called and told them about my order and they had the audacity to offer me 10% off my next order, Not a free pizza. When I pay for something I expect it to be what I ordered and if not, they need to honor their mess up and not offer 10% off.

I had a very good experience at this dominos. I didn’t have to wait too long to get my order and the employees were very nice.
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian pizza and salads.
Kid-friendliness: I brought my siblings here to get a pizza and the employees were very kind and gave them stickers.

Im incredibly disappointed by the service of this Dominos. I placed an order at 6pm for pickup at 7:15pm. I went in at 7:10 and gave them my name for the order, one of the employees stated that it was in the oven. About 10 minutes passed and I asked again. Once again, the pizza was in the oven. Another 10 minutes pass. Again, in the oven. I waited 30 minutes past my pickup time only to find that the order was never processed, baked, or made. They had the order in the system, they found it, but never made it. The same employee told the same lie no less than 3 times. The crew is completely incompetent and disorganized. Don't bother getting pizza from here if you want it in any reasonable time, it's not worth the headache, Just go Nextdoor to Publix and get a Digiorno it's obviously better than Dominos. 0/10

Consistently gets order incorrect. Does not pay attention to who they give the orders too resulting in remake and longer waits. Suggestion ask for first and last name with address or phone number before giving orders out for pick up. Otherwise good food.

This lady named candy, the general manager put me on hold for more than 10 minutes just for her to hang up when I was about to order she had a very disrespectful tone with me while I was trying to order my large pepperoni pizza with pineapples and she is very disrespectful to the costumers and I seen her yelling at the employees, she doesn't have any respect for herself, the employees, and the costumers, she needs to be dealt and handled without care!!! ?
Great pizza. They're right down the road from us so we order from them a lot. I started using the app recently but whenever I called in orders the phone was always answered quickly and they were polite. They have never messed up an order. I can't recommend this branch enough :)
