Cook Cook Hotpot Buffet

I've come here countless times with my fiancé and it's comforting every single time. It's nice to find a place that's quiet and you can have conversations with your own company. The food there is delicious, as are the countless refills of both broth and whatever you end up picking at the buffet. Very clean and well organized, Cook Cook has made its way into my heart and stomach.

I liked this place! I ordered the spicy broth but yes it is quite mild but I added a ton of chili oil, vinegar, and soy sauce and garlic from the sauce bar which I recommend. The thick rice noodles were really, really good too as well as the fish. Also, thank you for having fresh green chilis too!

I’m sorry but the hot pot soup base was a No No for me. Tasteless & very oily. Since I went there for dinner ( 1 & half hour ) before they close buffet item were very few. Mushrooms were smelling funny.

Absolutely amazing! The servers were super nice and attentive, and the food was fresh. Loved the large selection of veggies, meat, and seafood. Also, the sauce bar had a lot of great choices. Overall, we loved our experience and will become regular customers :)Truthfully, I was hesitant after reading some recent reviews but I’m glad I went with my gut and decided to try out this hot pot. It deserves more customers and support!

Visited here on my kids birthday, and really enjoyed the experience as a black woman. If you season your meat before cooking with garlic, scallions, and cilantro and then add the other sauces if desired, then you will always have a great tasting ramen. Will definitely be back.

Great place. Not just to eat but for fun to. I never imagine cooking could be fun. But when you have hundreds of ingredients prepared and ready it’s sooo much fun. Food it’s fresh and delicious. Good atmosphere. Plenty of seating. You don’t have to worry for being to close to other people. Deserts are fresh fruits and pastry. Plenty of parking space and friendly service. You should definitely visit.

My wife and I are from China. We love hotpot and we have eaten at a lot of famous Chinese restaurants in the US. Cook Cook Hotpot Buffet is one of the best. The food is authentic and delicious. There are variety of fresh and quality meats and seafoods: lamb, beef, pork, fish fillet, blue crab, shrimp and etc. The vegetables are very fresh. There are also many choices for seasoning and you choose your own. It is a happy surprise that there is such a good Chinese Hotpot in the heart of South Miami!

Excellent experience. Delicious food, the fun of hot pot! Fresh ingredients. But... For the price, there could be a wider choice. $27/person on a Sunday.

horrible. the food smelled awful and they gave use dirty plates and refused to clean them. I await my solemn death tomorrow as the bacteria from the noodles manifest inside of me. they don’t have apple pay. yet they have a 10 thousand dollar robot that directs you to your seat. never again. I was with my African American friend and we only received dirty looks from the staff. If you come here,

I’d never been to hot pot before and so needed some guidance. Walking in we were taken to a table where they gave us drinks, my friend had two dirty spoons and the waitress simply put them on another table and gave her new “clean” ones. We (3 people) ordered two different brothers, pork, and the beef. They all tasted the same and had no flavor at ALL. Once we got to making our food there was no guidance on how long to cook it. The only guide said a very general “cool food for 2-4” minutes but when I did that with the meat it was shriveled up and grey, but with the seafood it was still raw. None of us could have a conversation cause we were looking up how long to cook it, and when asking the waiters they simply said “5 minutes” and hurried off. Once “dinner” was finished I helped myself to some vanilla ice cream, with a hair in it. The cookies they had available were soggy/stale and the fruit was in a weird sugary soup. I thought the price would only be 20 for how much work you do, but I paid $30 for everything. And upon not placing a tip because of how scattered and misguided the service was, the waitress demanded I give her a tip handing me back my receipt and showing me where to write my tip. I will never go here again, it is overpriced, unprofessional, and now I have food poisoning because of how little they tell you about how to cook the foods. I miss the old buffet they had.

Great restaurant! The staff is very attentive and the service is also great. Overall a great experience, the food is super fresh and tasty and there’s lots of versatility since there aren’t any rules about which foods you can combine. I just left and I’m dying to come back, I miss it already!

Worst meal of my life! Took my wife and her friends to here since my wife read some positive reviews. After 1.5 hours of driving we arrived to an empty restaurant. We didn’t think much because it’s probably because it’s weekday and late in the day. After ordered our base we make our own sauce. The food wasn’t fresh, the sauce options are horrible. Everything is either no flavors or spicy. Our soup all taste the same even though we ordered all different one with different taste… when we cook our meat and take our first bite… it was like eating food from retirement home…. Honestly this place is over price for the flavor and food freshness. The next day we went to Lemongrass hotpot. Their base have flavors and more fresh meat. This review is coming from a guy who is out of town.

Maybe I'm a really good cook but this place was amazing. Loved the concept, the easiness ,the quality of the ingredients, the service, the clean and simple ambiance. Will definitely be back for more!

We love to eat here. Quality food and nice clean environment. We went on Tuesday but still had a lot of selections. I would recommend it.
