Today I went to pick up an order (after already ordered online) I waited at the line. The person in front of me finished and it was my turn to go. I ask the guy at the cashier @12:50 pm 07/01/26 about the order showing him the confirmation. The phone starts ringing. He starts taking care of customer that’s calling afterwards without acknowledging me. I had to complain cause mid call I told him that I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes for an order I had placed 30+ minutes before. This is ridiculous. The guy told me if I want to cancel the order I can. This is the first face and customer service that your customers get at first glance?

The food in this place is usually served in higher end places. It just goes under the radar and no one notices it when you drive by. The food on the menu is made on the spot, very fresh and tasty.

I have been a loyal customer of La Granja for years and this location did not disappoint! Justin was not only a great server, but he really took his time to help a friend that has special nutritional needs. Our party was grateful for the great food and service!
