Stopped in while in town about a week ago. It had been a long day visiting a friend in the hospital. The people working there unwittingly helped make the day better.I wanted some authentic Italian pizza. I took a chance and went in. I ordered the margarita with bufala and a glass of wine. The wine was good and the pizza was fantastic! The bufala was perfect and the arugula was fresh.It was early in the evening and midweek, so it wasn’t busy. I hope it is during regular dinner hours because it is a gem.

The food is mid at best. I got the fresh noodles in a pasta bolognese and there was hardly meat. I stirred it around to see if maybe some was underneath but no. The pasta didn’t taste any different than box noodles (big pasta fan here, I can tell)Maybe they’re really just known for pizza but came here because of the good photos from reviewers.The server was nice but really busy. She did give a discount for me mentioning and showing the lack of meat which I compensated her tip for but she isn’t the chef so that’s not on her.

01/32/24: We ordered the Hawaiian pizza and the Ham Pieces look horrible and greasy. I have never seen such unpleasant ham and the texture is rubbery. We always go to eat there and apparently the quality is not the same. I hope they improve the quality of the ingredients.

ordered for take out, from the photos you would expect a great artisanal pizza that was made with care instead received quite literally the most messy floppy rubbery cheese pizza in the entire world. this is a complete disgrace of service from the restaurant the slices aren’t even cut correctly. Absolutely terrible.
