Poor service and dirty. We asked an employee to give us a rag so we could clean the table and her response was to find another table. We ordered thru the kiosk and she yelled that our order was ready, when the sign clearly says have a seat and your meal will be brought out to you. Definitely do not recommend this franchise it’s always an issue and the bathrooms lack cleanliness.

My brother had ordered a large fry with his food, the fries were cold. The lady behind the counter, took one of the fries out of his box and ate it! Very strange the whole time we were there, the staff were arguing.

I went through the drive-thru, and the fries were crispy as they always are. I shared my experience with Manager Naslet, and she immediately made it right by getting me a fresh order of fries, packaged with care and thoughtfulness.

The fries were fresh, so she didn’t add salt and left that to my liking. She also included napkins and salt packets on the side - such a thoughtful touch. Thank you very much!

These people decided that my mobile order “was ready” when they had not yet produced it, or provided it. Then the employee, a small woman with darker skin told me to “pipe down”. Unfortunately McDonalds corporate will be learning of their theft.

Ive been coming to this mcds for like the past 6 years. Yeah, sometimes they take long but I worked in the industry I know how it be. Honestly ive never been treated rudely so some of these reviews are surprising to me (i only really come after 6pm so maybe thats why) But my review is for willy(or Willie sorry I had to ask for his name) i hope thats his name! The receipt said sidel but idk i asked for his name. I hear his voice thru the drive thru & he just be making me laugh. Honestly love him. I like his choice of words. Give him a raise. Same energy every time I go & he takes care of the drive thru.
