Terrible service!!!! I’ve tried going three mornings in a row just for a coffee, and the employees only care about serving the drive-thru. They completely ignore the customers inside, and every day I’ve had to leave because I couldn’t wait any longer!! If I could, I’d give this place and its service 0 stars.

Terrible service. They are only interested in serving the Drive truck, they ignore the customer who arrives to receive the service to consume at the facility. I left without consuming anything because they ignored me and the only one who answered me told me that she was leaving because her shift was over, it was barely 8.30 pm.

2pm on a Saturday they didn’t have a line and they didn’t have alot of cars parked outside, I parked for 10min then they came and ask me what my order was. They look confused tbh can’t imagine during rush

Definitely will never go to this McDonald’s again! Went inside to place my order and noticed the place seemed a little empty, no decor only table/chairs. First time ever having my food delivered to my table. While waiting for my food the tables had water on them, went to get napkins but none to be found, went the front none one to speak to so I went to the bathroom no paper towels guess toilet paper it is. As I entered the bathroom a worker had a cup of cleaning liquid and just threw it into the stall and walked out, the cleaning liquid was all over the floor and the toilet seat. I had to wipe it off just to use it making sure I didn’t slip. This place is gross!

Bad service. Lady said no more food at this time super rude but they are 24 hours. The two people working were not collaborative. They said system was down we got no receipt and incorrect change. They got our order wrong many times as well.

Slow service and workers arent really paying attention to their job. I came back because they forgot my mcflurry for them to tell me the ice cream machine was broken. I was waiting in the lobby for over 20 min and no one noticed the ice cream machine was off?
