I'm not the kind of person to leave reviews, ever, even with a bad experience - but this was horrific. I will never be back. Over 2 hours (and so cold)spent for a bowl of soup, 1 entree and 1 kids meal when there's no more than 5 groups sat in the whole restaurant. Over 30 mins to get a drink refill. I'll just stop with my complaints there because that alone should be enough said. Worst $90 I've probably ever spent.

I used to enjoy dining at Crazy Crab, but it appears there's been a change in management. Recently, I found the seafood platter overly salty, and the portion sizes have noticeably decreased. It's regrettable to say that I won't be returning. I'm disappointed that the previous owners are no longer involved. Furthermore, the increased prices coupled with reduced portions make the dining experience less appealing.

I visited this place today with my friends, we had a high expectation, but unfortunately the experience was no good. We ordered a seafood small plater and it was extremely salty. The clam chowder tasted artificial. The coconut shrimp and crab cake were good, not great. Too expensive (more than $220 for 3) for terrible food.

This place sucks. Food was mediocre, service was SLOW! And they were out of so much stuff! Wanted a tea… well they don’t have that… asked for a couple of entrees, we’re told a list of things they were out of.. ended up settling for fried fish with fries. It was ok, then I asked for ketchup only to be told the restaurant was out of ketchup! Wow! The only good thing was they played good music.

I have done delivery here a number of times since they first opened. However, I’m now wondering if they are under new management or something because there was drastic change in my order. I can tell there was not attention to detail at all. There are usually utensils and bibs in the order. My go to are the conch fritters, shrimp fried rice and the combo boil and usually pay a bit extra to get more sausage and shrimp. My delivery today was without the conch sauce that normally comes with the conch fritters so i had to make my own at home, the rice portion that i received was definitely not worth the almost $20 i paid for it. It was put in a different container than in the past. I also didn’t receive the extra portions of shrimp and sausage i paid for. Therefore, unfortunately i will no longer be eating from the restaurant again as this was disappointing to me.

Will not return. Waitress was very rude. Served us ice cold clam chowder. When we told her the clam chowder was cold, she said their warmers were broken and asked if we wanted her to re-heat it in the microwave. We asked how long was the clam chowder sitting cold because that will make you sick. She came to our table twice and then included an 18% gratuity for subpar service. Food is VERY expensive. $150 lunch for 2 people and we drank water. DO NOT waist your money at this place. You will regret it.

Hello crazy crab, in there couple of days ago and the food has changed a lot, I use to get the seafood fried rice and was one of the best I've had in Florida but recently when i ordered it, it was pure grease, the boil was salty and had to return the food back twice because my server brain was not really paying attention to us while my family was placing the order. Definitely don't recommend this place anymore. To much switching up very disatisfied. That is why restaurants here don't last in this location.
