Takes too long to pickup when you call. Best to order on app.
Pizza was not bad, just need to cut better even slices and cut it throughly.

I placed my order on the app and headed to the store in west Pembroke Pines (Southwest Ranches). The entire experience was seamless. I got a notification with a code for their pizza portal and I was able to track the order too! There was no need to wait in line or talk to an attendant at this busy location. I simply stepped up to the portal, entered my code and the oven door opened for me. One thing is to beware of retrieving your order(s) because the portal is hot! My one mistake was not ordering more! Everyone loved the puffs—not just the kids! Next time I’ll order just one or two sauce cups because they enjoyed the pizza puffs as is. All-around great experience!

Sometimes we get raw pizzas. And we don't know until we get home. But sometimes it's great pizza. It's a hit or miss.

the worst customer service, i order a soda and a pizza online and they didn't have the soda, and they say they cant give me a refund of the soda

Ordered a thin crust pizza with pepperoni and EXTRA cheese, keyword EXTRA. Not only did my pizza arrive with NO cheese or butter, but also arrived in disarray. Refused refund, pizza was cold and hard as a rock. If you call this quality, you're delusional. Very disappointed.

This is the pizza that lil Caesar just delivered me. When the driver handed it to me it was hanging out the side of the box so I opened it and this is how the pizza was. I called the and the rep ask for me to send the picture which I did. She place me on hold and came back and say “we can’t issues a refund for this order.” Which I never asked for. Plus I tipped the driver $5. I am very upset because people use this service as a convenience when they don’t have a way to these places and to get my food in this matter it is very disheartening. Plus when I originally placed the order I called the store and a Spanish speaking employee answered and didn’t have any knowledge of the English language and was not able to assist me. Bad service overall.

I asked if they have any pepperoni ready, he acted like I was talking about just pepperoni individually. Always a trip to the twilight zone when I walk in there .

The worker whose on the cashier, named Richard have nice and social with attenment toward the costurmers.

Had to wait for a while, and there was not even a place to sit down while you wait. The food was OK but, as always, a little greasy.

The young guy at the front is awesome. Anytime he's there, I know my order will be good. He's good with handling the crowds too.

They never have pizza ready to be picked up and im always waiting 10 minutes to get food. Staff is nice but never have food to pick up

This place gets worst by the day. You order online for the pizza to not be ready for more than 30 minutes. There’s never hot and ready pizzas ready to go. The pizza sauce is never filled up now you get half a little cup.
