Currently waiting to pick up 10 pizzas that were ordered over 40 minutes ago. I have been sitting here for about a half hour with no management interaction at all. It took 5 calls for someone to answer the phone as well. I get it’s lunch time on a Friday but there is 0 customer service here. Pretty sad
POORLY MANAGED store. Great selection of merchandise, LOVE the deli counter and bakery. Meat is delicious. The reason I am rating only one star is this - On Tuesday, September 11, ONE DAY AFTER Hurricane Irma only had MINOR DAMAGE in my neighborhood - not only did the store open several hours late, it CLOSED AT 5:00 PM for NO REASON AT ALL!!! A Publix employee MISINFORMED ME, saying that "There's a curfew in Broward County tonight." I went home and called the Broward County...read full review
