In my opinion this is the worst Starbucks in west Broward County. The supervisor Alissa is definitely the blame for the unprofessionalism and unethical business practices at this location. She is not receptive to complaints and covers for her employees unprofessional behavior which seems to run rampant in South Florida. Alissa refused to give the employees name and was making excuses instead if remaining unbiased.
