The Starbucks on Sheridan is convenient, but be preparedâthe lines are always long. Doesnât matter if itâs early morning, mid-day, or evening, youâll almost always be waiting. The drinks are usually made well, but the wait time can test your patience, especially if youâre in a rush. Definitely not a âquick coffee stopâ kind of location.

Went through drive thru. The service was OK but since the coffee was not correct (tried after i left), banana bread was not warmed and everything I asked for (napkins, spoon, etc) seemed like i was bothering him.
All I can say is Starbucks is a rip off every time I go to this location the bagel is so hard that has to throw it away They never give you napkins. They donât want to give you a cupholder I have to ask for it after what they charge is unbelievable. I will stop giving them business The coffee they give it to you halfway empty I have no idea if the company is telling the workers to do this. Nothing like they used to be

Ashleigh was working the drive thru this morning and she is terrific. The service she offers is second to none!

Lack of language comprehension or not, if you deny me something like ice in my drink because I have medical problems then turn around and ring in the wrong drink, Starbucks seems a little difficult for you and you should only find something that requires a little less brain cell activity. Denying someone an accommodation to their food order based on medical problems is against the ADA. Alexis will be hearing from me so the supervisor who denied me.

Was it so hard to get more chocolate shavings for the holiday? Over a week now and my peppermint mocha frappe has been made with chocolate syrup. So disappointing .
Same issue with my pistachio frappe. No sugar topping. At least let the customer know so they have the option of ordering something else. Iâm done with this store.
