1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizza Salad Wings

Walked in about 20 minutes ago and not only were we not greeted by the 2 guys behind the counter, the store was slow!! We waited for 10 minutes and no “hello” no “be right with you” ! Completely ignored us while chit chatting and one kept hi back towards us. Shame because I like the pizza there and live close by! Will never be back.

First time at 1000 degrees pizza place. Visiting Spring Hill and what an outstanding pizza pie. The crust was perfect, ohh...how I love the cheese and pepperoni. Cooked to perfection. Staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is comforting and charming. The kitchen is open and very clean. Definitely found my pizza place in Spring Hill Florida.

This is the second time it has happened to me. I ordered a pizza over the phone on my way to work. I drive all the way two thousand degree pizza and I don't get an apology. I don't get told anything about my order. They look at me and say he'll make it right now, I say. No, thank you, forget it and still no apology. No, nothing. I just walked out the door without a word spoken to me i spend a lot of money there. I just expect a lot more professionalism, then what I got that was a good excuse. I got from you, but it wasn't that money. Pizza wasn't ready. It is they never even put in the oven. They forgot about it, so stop making excuses, please

This place was really good. The pizza was fantastic and they were able to accommodate with swapping an ingredient. We also got wings with were delicious but a little too crispy and not wet enough. It was still really good, and I’d order them again, I would just ask for them to be a little more “wet”. We also got the cinnamon sticks and they were too oily for my liking. The guys there were working really hard and seem to enjoy the job. We will be back!

The pizza has very little cheese and the toppings like pepperoni you can count them with one hand. They also charge more than what the price is written on the menu. The only thing you can taste is the tomato sauce. Will never go back again!

In response to the owner response, first of all I asked the woman who made the pizza if I could take one of the menu to take home, she gave me the menu and said the old menu was only one page card, but this new menu is multi page, so your claim that i was reading old menu is not true at all. And when I asked her politely why she is overcharging me she said the price was changed two weeks ago. If the price change took place 2 weeks ago then you had ample time to either get a new menu or simply use a pen and change the price. My response to your lie that I wasn't polite with the dishonest woman who overcharged me is complete lies and fabrication!! I also did not order the lunch pizza, nor I mentioned it. As matter of fact I called in my order and I spoke with a man. Also if your lunch pizza lacks decent amount of cheese and toppings then you should mention it in your menu. It seems your response is written by the same person who overcharged me for that lousy pizza. Also I am not the only one who is complaining about lack of cheese and toppings on your pizza, just read all the negative comments about your pizza with little cheese!

In response to your second response which is complete distortion of what happened, I will say BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.
Lady you should work on your Public relations! Calling your customers review "nonsense" is unprofessional and disgusting! I bet if the reviews is positive you would not call iit "nonsense". Just remember that your customers who put money in your pocket, and insulting them is not a smart thing to do!
Just simple apology for the lousy food and customer service, and promising better service in the future would have put all these to rest. But no, you have to double down on your lies, and keep adding more lies. So you know we the consumers have the RIGHTS to write a reviews be it positive or negative about businesses that we do business with, without any insults!
Your lies about me ordering the special lunch pizza, and you explained the price on the phone and twice in person is complete lies. You have a sign on the sidewalk in front of your store advertising 14 inch pizza with one topping for $11.95. I didn't order that, and if if I did then why you changed me $13.95 Plus tax. I ordered from the menu that you gave me to take home, which you told me it's your new menu.
Also it should not matter what time of the day you order a pizza. The pizza should come with cheese at any time of the day! Your pathetic excuse for cheating your customers and selling pizza with almost no cheese is unreal! I want to thank you for at least admitting you use less cheese for pizza during lunch.

In response to your lie that I made a "bit of disturbances " is disgustingly totally made up!! Showing you the price on the menu that you just gave me vs the higher price that you charged me does not constitute " disturbances". My main complaint is about your pizza has almost no cheese, and I care less about the overcharge, but instead you keep talking about the overcharge instead of why you don't put decent amount of cheese on your pizza. Just read the reviews and you will see alot of your former customers complaining about your pizza with little cheese, and burnt crust!

staff was absolutely slammed the day i came in but they still did their best to be as attentive, efficient, & helpful as possible. they ran out of the larger size after i had already ordered & paid for my pizzas, so they gave me doubles of the smaller sizes which actually added up to me getting more pizza than i paid for. the pizza was so. freaking. good. the crust was divine. amazing texture & crunch. the pizza tasted so good, i can’t wait to go back & get pizza another time

We ordered just a single pizza, each half different. The pizza tasted like it was made with real ingredients, unlike most places, which taste stale and processed.

It could have used a little more sauce for our liking, and the crust was extremely dry and chewy.

I will certainly order from there again and try something new.

It looked like a cool pizza joint. Until I got the sorry excuse for a pie. Look at it. It's frickin PATHETIC!! They THAT CHEAP WITH CHEESE?? there is a small BLOB of cheese on EVERY OTHER piece. Look at it!! It's BEYOND disappointing. Never again. And I will be WARNING anybody I know that is thinking of eating there. Smh. Like, they didn't even TRY. LIKE A TODDLER made this..
