“We ate there last night. We arrived on a Tuesday at 5pm and we were greeted and sat right away. Our server took our drink order within a couple of minutes and brought hot, fresh bread. We all got salads and we can never get enough of their house dressing! We should have brought some home. For dinner my father-in-law and I both ordered chicken parm, my son ordered spaghetti and meatballs, and when he couldn't decide if he wanted meatball or sausage, they brought him one of each. My husband got a sausage pizza, and he said it's one of the best he's had. I can't recall what my sister-in-law ordered but she has a gluten allergy and they were very accommodating. All of the food was cooked perfectly and delicious. Portion sizes are huge, every one of us had enough left for a second meal. Our server was very attentive, bringing drink refills before we even asked for them. I wish that I could remember her name, but she is a gem! We cannot wait to come back again.”

Rayne took my order & not only did she help me find a substitute for the seasonal drink, but explained to me how to order it from now on, as well as making sure my coffee was up to my standards with a great attitude and personality. “I love this place! Melissa is the BEST bartender! She's always consistent and so friendly!! The cooks are great as well, very friendly and quick! Julie on the other hand is in la la land (doesn't know/want to know how to cook the food, doesn't know the menu and takes forever to get your drink order... when I see her working we don't stay for very long)

I wish the food/menu could be improved. Half of the stuff on the menu isn't available and and there is no cook during the day so I've had to leave several times when a bartender doesn't know how to cook. It would be nice if they had more food options (I know the kitchen is small but I love this place and wish there was more effort put into it)

It's also very irritating that me and my husband come here weekly after work to play pool and both tables are taken up by the league almost every single time we come for hours at a time. I wish they would take the league to another establishment so other people have the chance to play. I would definitely stay there longer if I knew I could play pool.

Other than that, I love karma! My husband and I just moved to Spring Hill from Tampa and we're getting to know a lot of the regulars. I love the way this place is set up, the owner did a great job!”

It came with some delicious sauce, but it tasted so good I ate half of them without it. You have to try this place if you're at the beach! The only downside is they are cash only.”

“As a pizza snob I was hesitant to go somewhere outside of my usual pizza places. Boy am I glad that I did!! The pizza was outstanding. We did not go with one of their specialty pies because we wanted to compare with what we normally order. Pizza dough was fresh (you can tell when it’s not). The pizza was perfect amount of thinness, great amount of toppings. Flavored crust was a nice surprise. Only semi complaint, I ordered a glass of wine and it was an under pour. No biggie when the pizza was so good.”

“Large dining room with plenty of space in between seating. The host was considerate and friendly while we were being sat. The waitress was friendly and a pleasure to meet. We went for an email special and got a terrific price on our lunch. We visited the salad bar multiple times even though it's now scaled down to a few basic foods. Regular prices seem high but the specials are awesome. The tile floor in the entrance is always sticky which just seems kind of gross.”

“Stayed at Timber Pines and decided to try this as a take away option. The lady taking the orders was efficient albeit a little brusque.
Ordered sweet and sour pork and Mongolian beef, neither of which were like the photos. The pork came as battered balls like the chicken photo, which was a shame as we didnt want a battered dish. The Mongolian beef looked more like beef, ginger and spring onion, certainly not in a delightful sweet sticky sauce as normal.
Whilst the portion size was good the food wasnt good enough for a return visit.
So sorry, just notk good enough for a better review.”

Not winning any awards but you pay 6 dollars for it or 9 bucks on Doordash for extra cheese and pepperoni, you're not getting that elsewhere. Shut up and eat the pizza.”

“My wife and I decided to try Charlie's a second time after having a sample of the newest sandwich. We didnt know the name of the sandwhich, however the very guy who gave us the sample(which was the manager) was there to take our order he knew exactly what sandwhich we wanted, which was a Chicken California. I ordered 2 large sandwhiches and an order of mozzarella sticks, he made our sandwhiches himself. IT WAS PHENOMENAL!!!!!! Definitely glad we decided to give this place another try!”
