Very disappointed. Order was supposed to be ready at 5:30, but had to wait about 15 minutes. I also ordered and paid extra for all flats, but got a mix of flats and drumettes. Also, the lid to the sauce was not secure, thus when I placed the bag onto the hotel bed, sauce spilled all over the bedspread. The positive....wings were hot a fresh.
The server was on point, brought out the refreshments at the right time, the appetizers at the right time, and the meal at the right time, the entire time in a very friendly and professional manner. I give her 5 stars for her service, the establishment was super busy on Sunday, and yet, she was still on point with everything.

We love hooters but our food is always cold when we pick it up, like they don't keep your food warm. They also do not put enough sauce on the wings so make sure you ask for extra. Otherwise, delicious! And the staff is fairly decent at this location
