I did have a great experience there
Purchased an ice cream cake for Mother's Day. They were extremely helpful, offered to assist me to the car and have fantastic customer service. I highly recommend this DQ.
Always great soft serve ice cream.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers a delightful dining experience, where the restaurant is known for its exceptional Fish sandwich, which is prepared to be perfectly crisp and flavorful. While the ice cream may have an unexpected flavor towards the end, the overall experience is still great. The restaurant honors coupons and delivers tasty treats, although some customers feel the pricing is a bit high, especially for the customized sundaes.
Recent visits have highlighted some issues with online ordering. Customers have noted that ordering online can lead to longer wait times than dining in or using the drive-thru. For instance, one customer waited 20 minutes past their pick-up time and experienced a mix-up with their order. Despite these challenges, many still enjoy the great food, including the Flamethrower and the crispy onion rings. The staff have been praised for their sweetness and helpful recommendations, and they even made an old recipe blizzard that customers loved. However, some customers suggested that the drive-thru experience needs improvement, and the staff could benefit from better communication and stress management to enhance overall service.
