The order I put in for a birthday cake was super horrible! When I brought it to their attention the manager said what do you want me to do about it! Also the receipt said Mother’s Day cake and the charge for the very small cake was 30.80 dollar's! Online it’s supposed to be 22.99 but the manager told me that they had no control over online prices and at this location it was the price it was! Had no time to rewrite mistake so tried to make the best of it! Unfortunately when the cake was served the middle of the cake wasn’t done correctly so it was hard as rock couldn’t eat it! Thanks Dairy Queen ??

All the while I probably would have gave it a five but,, I didn't get everything exactly the way it was supposed to be. And I was disappointed with the the amount it cost because it seemed like everything I asked for was 99 cents. So I got two Sundays two banana boats to be exact. The fruit eat fruit was 99 cents. Nuts 99 cents. Sprinkles 99 cents. The little bit of chocolate syrup they put on there was show overall I ended up spending it almost $16 for two Sundays. Which I thought was outrageous although good. I mean the Sundays were good. Although he messed up one the one I asked him not to put chocolate syrup on he did. So remember don't go to Willy Wonka's chocolate factory if you don't want chocolate. That's what I got out of this experience.

They gave us the wrong order, told us it would be corrected, after waiting about 5 minutes, I asked again, the. the manager told me we would have to order another meal. I was not getting back in line to order something that should have been given to us. We weren’t given a receipt, so had no idea that they had messed up our order. We will definitely not go back to this location. I am still shocked by how rude the manager was.

We enjoyed strawberry sundaes. Two of us ordered vanilla & one person ordered chocolate soft serve ice cream. Service was quick and ice cream standard DQ quality. Nice to enjoy on a warm spring night.
