It took us over a year of living here to find a good Mexican food place. We are so happy now lol ?We shared a half pitcher of margaritas on the rocks. And both chose the same plate, #45 on the menu. It comes with a fresh chile relleno, beef, chicken or cheese, a beef enchilada, a crispy beef taco, rice and beans. The corn tortillas are also handmade. I really enjoyed our 1st El Ranchito experience. The service was wonderful, fast, helpful, and friendly. The owner was personable & engaging with customers. We had our authentic Mexican food to our table served hot & flavorful within 5 minutes. Prices were very reasonable, especially for the amount of food on each plate. Restaurant is cheerful & clean. We will definitely be coming back often.

My husband and I eat here. The best Mexican restaurant in Spring Hill fl. Last night we had our usuall fajitas. Delicious as ever. The only complaint I have is I asked for a little bit more sour cream. The waiter bought over a very small dollop of it. We were charged $.70 for it. We will not visit here again being so petty.
