“My best friend & I went here for lunch today. Jorge , the GM, stopped at our table to make sure all was ok. It was great so far. Then we got an awesome waitress, Kristina. She could not have been any better. Had everything we needed and the food was outstanding. I called and spoke to Jorge and told him how pleased we were. People are so quick to complain so Kim & I decided to tell them how happy we were with start to finish. Gators Dockside has always been my favorite restaurant, and it’s still my favorite restaurant. “As a 45 year old foodie who’s been to many Michelin starred restaurants, Nouvelle Cuisine is hands down our favorite restaurant in Hernando County! The atmosphere is relaxed, the food is always consistent and impeccably executed.. We generally get the rack of lamb, filet, or specialty selections like elk or veal. Chef Kinds, Isabelle, and staff always make sure our experience is nothing short of amazing!! The escargot and European cheese board are always a must. The wine selection is spectacular and Isabelle’s wine knowledge is always spot on. The desserts are truly chefs kiss. The white chocolate marscapone cheesecake with raspberry coulis is our absolute favorite!❤️ I promise, you’ll not be disappointed..“

Her space is well decorated, show-casing wine kits, bottled wine, other cute shop items to buy with plenty of space. “Service was slow because they seemed understaffed. The food was very good, came out hot and couldn't beat the price for the meal. I had the prime rib Thursday special with baked potato and green bean casserole. The soup was also excellent, something I've never had before, roast beef lentil. All for under 20 bucks, you can't beat that just about anywhere. The desserts looked homemade but I was too full to try. The majority of the people carried out a box with them so the portions are large. I wish it was closer to where I live, but I'll drive the 35 minutes to go back .“

“We, my husband, my husband's cousins, and I, used to eat here all the time....at least once a week. That was, until this "Covid"- thing cut into their hours and business. Now that Covid is over, their hours are still very limited. They close at 2. We, seniors, like to go out for dinner, in the evening. That's when we went. Now, closing at 2, haven't been back in months, if not more. Today is Sunday. Think they would be open all day, but, no. Still closing at 2. Very sad. Love the food, though, but can't eat there if they aren't open.“

I called to say my pizza was missing I believe taylor is who answered the phone. he told me it should be on the way I waited another 10 min and called back he answered again I said my pizza is still missing immediately concerned for his driver and what happened he took my number got his general manager located their driver to make sure all was ok and then. called me back within 5 min said there was some confusion and in the end someone got double orders of pizza today (lucky them😁) they re made my order refunded my money and delivered as fast as possible. the driver who delivered was super nice and apologized. I have been in customer service for years and this is how it is supposed to be handled. I don't leave reviews ever but felt compelled tonight to tell you BRAVO!!!“

“Just ate here and the service was amazing! The ambiance is delightful too! Love their cherry blossom tree. I’m always scared of trying new sushi places but the food was soooo good! We got the Japanese box and they were such a great deal for the price. Our server Ashlie was the best. She thought of everything from side sauces, box’s, side plates and was checking in a frequent amount with everything we needed. %100 recommend this place. You don’t have to be scared of trying something new here. It was great!“
