My wife had the displeasure of enduring appalling rudeness at this establishment. The manager, with an insufferably condescending tone, questioned her ability to pay as she counted a couple of dollars in change for the order. He said: “do you have money? Can you even pay for it?”. Would he have questioned her ability to pay if she was white? The only reason we ever tolerated this mediocre spot was its proximity to our home. We’ve decided to opt for Fuji Hibachi Express Spring...read full review
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Went in to pick up a to-go order, I decided to pay in cash and while I was looking for the money in my purse the girl at the front desk said she needs the manager give me change. the manager asked me multiple times if I even have money, I said yes I'm just trying to collect it all and he proceeded to ask if I'm sure and if I can even afford to eat there. I am in disbelief! I left not even understanding why this happened to me and feeling so embarrassed. This...read full review
The unfortunate story here is that they actually have good food but it always seems to be difficult in getting it. They always seem to have an excuse why appetizers come after meals, or why something is missing from your order. They definitely have an issue with staffing, not that they don't have staff but moreso they need to either train better or simply restaff.

Sakura Asian Cuisine & Sushi offers acceptable food, with standout dishes such as hot and sour soup, Seafood Soup, tuna and salmon sashimi, and the First Kiss Roll. The sashimi is fresh, thickly cut, and presented well. The Seafood Soup is particularly praised as the best ever had. The food is always fresh and tasty, with decent portions that are humongous, allowing two people to share one dinner platter. The menu is large with prices that are more than fair. Service is commendable, although sometimes it can be slow; however, the food is worth the wait. It is noted that the restaurant can get very busy but maintains a clean environment and a feel-good atmosphere. Staff frequently check if assistance is needed. Lunchtime sees the restaurant half-full, allowing for immediate seating. Additionally, it is mentioned that wonton strips in the hot and sour soup are not included unless specifically requested, despite not being listed as extra on the menu. Overall, Sakura Asian Cuisine & Sushi is a recommended destination for Asian and sushi meals, with options for dietary restrictions and a kid-friendly environment. Parking is plentiful, and the venue is wheelchair accessible.
