Excellent cornicione and great oven spring, with great fermentation and screen free pizza.
The cheese is superb, as is the sauce. The texture is unmatched in this area and it reminded me of a classic NY slice, such as Joe's. Zero flop. Thin profile. Great char. Excellent balanced flavor all around.

i have ordered from here twice and both times the pizza was fantastic. It wasn't overcooked or undercooked. The amount of sauce to cheese was on point. The woman who made the pizza was so nice. I will recommend this place to anybody who asks about a great pizza place.
