I’d like to point out that this particular location has won our hearts! It’s like going back in a day, the counter service provided by BEN was so great! That’s just what Steak’n’shake used to be about: personal service, quality food and unique atmosphere! Highly recommend!
Ive been eating out for years and ever since 2020 food service sucks. It was so refreshing to see Ben! Hold doors, helping, checking on his team and all while taking his time to check on customers. How's the food? How's the drink. How's your day.. this is old School. Man is a relic of true customer service. I'd be back long as he's here. BEN kudos to you
