Ordered the $7.49 special they have going. Any small chicken and original fry. Asked how much to add a drink. He said it comes with a drink. I said ok I'll do that. They made the sandwich wrong and added lettuce and tomato. Didn't give me my fries. When he brought it I said where's my fries. He said you didn't order fries. I said it says fries on the special. He said oh well I didn't ring it up that way. So the special was 7.49 and charged me $13. So the small drink was 5??? And...read full review
My wife and I decided to try Charlie's a second time after having a sample of the newest sandwich. We didnt know the name of the sandwhich, however the very guy who gave us the sample(which was the manager) was there to take our order he knew exactly what sandwhich we wanted, which was a Chicken California. I ordered 2 large sandwhiches and an order of mozzarella sticks, he made our sandwhiches himself. IT WAS PHENOMENAL!!!!!! Definitely glad we decided to give this place another...read full review
Had to make a quick stop at Claire's to replace our granddaughters earrings, and stopped in at Charley's for a quick meal. Very clean and super nice staff, manager came over and wiped out table, and brought us ketchup. We ordered a Philly cheese steak, with fries, 6 bone in wings and a kids meal. All food came out hot, and I have to say, very tasty. I was reluctant to try this , but so glad we did. We will return :)
