I love Charley’s as a chain restaurant but this particular location could use some work on presentation and efficiency. I ordered delivery and my driver waited about 30 minutes for the food. It arrived looking closer to a salad than a sandwich. Very deformed and messy but tasted the same regardless.
I go to the Spring Hill location, and I have yet to bite into a sandwich, and my eyes didn’t roll to the back of my head!!! I just had the Kentucky Bourbon sandwich and OMG! It was so darn good!!! I took it to go, but I didn't make it out of the Walmart parking lot, I had to eat it in the car!??♀️ The gentleman who is always there, I have to assume is the manager, is friendly, along with the rest of the staff as well. I am there often, and always have a great experience....read full review
