I love Charley’s as a chain restaurant but this particular location could use some work on presentation and efficiency. I ordered delivery and my driver waited about 30 minutes for the food. It arrived looking closer to a salad than a sandwich. Very deformed and messy but tasted the same regardless.

Worst cheesesteak I ever had in my life. Hardly any meat or cheese, mostly roll. They also messed up my order and seemed overwhelmed with only a few customers.

Cheesesteaks were mostly bread, not stuffed like other places. The wings didn't come with Blue cheese or ranch. Thus was definitely a one and done experience.

I go to the Spring Hill location, and I have yet to bite into a sandwich, and my eyes didn’t roll to the back of my head!!! I just had the Kentucky Bourbon sandwich and OMG! It was so darn good!!! I took it to go, but I didn't make it out of the Walmart parking lot, I had to eat it in the car!??♀️ The gentleman who is always there, I have to assume is the manager, is friendly, along with the rest of the staff as well. I am there often, and always have a great experience. Thank you!

Let's get a few things clear. The food is amazing. The staff is so kind and friendly. The manager that was there, was extremely kind and appreciative. However, the price was so high I had to give it a one star review. It's almost $20.00 for a meal for one. It cost $51.47 for two meals and a kids meal. The pricing is absolutely ridiculous and we will not be back. After sharing my experience with two businesses across the street, we all came to the same conclusion, the location is phenomenal, but we can't justify a $51.47 bill when we want to go and eat. I wish I would've bought groceries instead.Kid-friendliness: The manager told my 3 year old niece that the fries were hot before she burned herself. She said "Thank you!" to him as he left the table and was very kind.
It started with a great “ Hello Welcome to Charley’s!” The food was good, service was great, team members were very friendly, and they got our order right to the T. Owner/manager was walking around engaging with the customers ensuring a great experience. The atmosphere was great and facility was clean. Team members walked around cleaning tables, sweeping, and ensuring the everything was ready for the next customers to enjoy the experience. Let’s keep up the great service, consistency, and we will be back numerous times.
