September 2025. It's all very consistent here, from the service to the food. The employees are always friendly and in a good mood. The inside and outside was just remodeled. They did a nice job especially with the local pictures.

I stopped here today for lunch. Today's meal was the 6 oz. sirloin with mashed potatoes with broccoli 🥦 I was pleasantly surprised with the sirloin which was perfectly cooked and was very good.

Restaurant is in a remodel but still Applebee's. A/C could be turned up because it's too cold to enjoy dining. Food was great. Tried a new sandwich and was very pleased. Server was lax in returning to tables. All 3 tables were looking for her. Reminder that being a chatter bug while on the clock with coworkers that are leaving for the day is not a good practice.

The service was wonderful but whoever is making the coleslaw there needs to stop. The last couple times there is was sour/rancid tasting. 🤢

Went a few days ago and ordered drink from the server after 20 minutes in pretty dead restaurant the manager happened to walk by and I asked him if he could help us get our drinks. The bartender was nowhere to be found. Ended up ordering 2 apps and 4 drinks and took a good 90 minutes. If fried food takes over an hour to make I can’t imagine what something that they had to cook would take. Went today for lunch and at 11:15 the front door was locked and they were suppose to open at 11. With all the new options for dining in Spring Hill this won’t be open much longer.

Do not go to this applebees. We ordered tonight for the wing day deal and they took super long with our order. I made 2 separate orders, 7 minutes apart. Only one was ready on arrival. I arrived 9:35. Order one was supposed to be ready 9:33. Good. Second one was supposed to be ready 9:40. Apparently within those few minutes, there were a surge of orders and we waited to get our second order until 10 oclock. The manager was asked for and they did not even come. Then, we were given a false wait time of 5-7 minutes upon arrival, which meant it should have been ready by 9:42 and no later. The waiter said they had not even dropped the chicken by 9:50. Unprofessional. Then, we got our food. The boneless wings was cold by then because of the wait. Then, the traditional wings were a rip off. These people gave us like half a wing for about 3 of the wings. First, you have a long wait time. Then you give some tiny wings?? Thats practically scamming. Theres no way they think that is okay to consider a full wing. Should not even count. The bone in wings were not good either. They should be ashamed of themselves. We even had a problem with the quality of the steaks last time. Last time coming to this location. Please, do not waste your time. Yall see them mini HARD wings on the plate. Yea apparently those are BONE IN wings. Wheres the rest. What a J O K E! Owners should be ashamed of themselves for running their establishment like this. No wonder the place had so many complaints.

Went for dinner ,music was too loud , the server didnt know what a classic combo appetizer was. Didnt take our dinner krder until we spoke up after we were finished with our appetizers , Got dinner after a long wait even though the place was half empty....the southwest chicken bowl was overly spicy to point no one could eat it,not even my father who loves spicy. Wont be returning to this applebees. Horrible
