Do not come here and sit at the bar. I sitting at the bar at around 7 pm and the whole left side of the bar had plates and cup on it for over 1 hour while new customers had to sit with there drinks with food and bugs flying around while we were drinking. The male bar tender was busy but, for the whole left side had to drink with nats and things is very poor customer service. Now I will have to get food somewhere else. Bar tender is not aware of the customers. 1 hour with dirty dishes is crazy to me. SMH. I did say something but about 15 minutes later one of the busy managers had to get plates and cups out the way of and on between the 15 minutes. I am I am going back to Ohio tomorrow. My Applebee's where I live I go to every weekend, has never gave service like this.

I visit this Applebees frequently and Madison’s service made me want to write a review. She was not only attentive but so kind. Madison is the kind of employee any employer would be so lucky to have.

Typical Applebees. This was my first time at this location. Good food and service. Had my favorite Fiesta Lime Chicken which was prepared perfectly. They have several beers on tap, and lots of big TV's that are viewable from the bar. Enjoyed the visit and the meal.

Don't know the difference between service animals and dogs being brought in in baby carriages . Trying to have a meal and drink and relax to dogs in dog strollers . Absolutely a disgusting experience. Shame on the hostess for not stopping it on the way in. If a dog doesn't walk in an establishment it is not working. A situation the transpired that put elderly handicap people at risk. Completely avoidable and so is this restaurant

it was absolutely disgusting I order the broccoli Alfredo and it was hard and crunchy didn't get it until 45 minute later it was sitting in under a heat light! the waitress brought extra Alfredo sauce to try to make it better. the waitress totally forgot us! now I know why no-one was there this place absolutely sucks never will be back rather drive the extra 10 minutes to Cortez! talk to the manger and by the look on his face it wasn't the first time he been out there talking with people the pasta was undercooked bring extra sauce wasn't going to help!

Ordered to go a couple weeks ago. Spent almost $90 to have the whole meal made incorrectly. Spoke to the manager immediately about it. Even offered to send pictures of the mistakes. He asked for my information and told me the area director would contact me and send out a gift card to replace the mistakes. Never heard back from that person. Spoke to another manager. Gave my information again and was told the same thing. Never heard back from anyone. This isn’t the first time we have ordered from here and there were mistakes made. Very disappointed. Never had this issue when we ordered from the one on countyline. Food isn’t that great at Applebees but at least the one on countyline gets their orders made correctly.

Music is always cranked up so it is hard to have conversations. Good food great deals on menu. Good service 👍

Last three times we’ve been here in the last six weeks and the service keeps getting worse. Get servers who actually want to be there!! All these servers rather be on their phone and gossip about how horrible the guests are for making them do their job. Monica is the only server that actually tries and is genuine. Each time we’ve been there and that kasi girl is working, we’ve heard her and this other girl (not sure on names, we always request Monica) talking poorly to guests and they always seem inconvenienced to have to get off their phones and serve their tables. Get better staff! We’d come back more, but unless we see Monica my husband and I leave.

What’s going on? Waited 45 minutes for a drink. It was hour and 15 minutes before we got our meal. Never have had this bad of service here before. Wouldn’t have got our drink after 45 minutes if we hadn’t asked. Food was very mediocre. Not sure I’ll be back after this. Hire some waitresses and a cook. WOW so bad

It was horrible we were waiting for at least an hour and then we had to wait for the bill.The food was okay but some was terrible and really spicy.And the food didn’t macho the price I thing I was overpriced for the food.
