Applebee's Grill + Bar

We arrived at noon and were seated promptly by hostess. Once seated it was about 15 minutes before the servers came over to get our order.. when we just ordered soup she asked if we wanted to add the reat of our order. Once we said that we be our order we never seen her again until we got our ticket. It took about half an hour to get 2 bowls of soup. She gave us our ticket left. We sat and waited for her to come back so we could pay and leave.. after about 10 minutes or so my husband took the ticket and Hua card up to the hostess who took it to the server who was somewhere out if sight. She came back up front said she would be right back with it. My husband told her he was disappointed in the lack of service... she then informed us they were busy with a school thing... we counted about 10 tables seated in the whole place. He said I don't see anyone in here really. She told.my husband if he just didn't understand how busy we are too bad for you. Once again 10 tables at most in there. Parking lot pretty empty.. my husband looked at her and said no too bad for you, we will never be back.

The steak was way too salty. It was quiet. Service was okay just didn't like it that I got seated first party of one and then a couple came in and they were attended before me. I should've learned that all five other Applebee's I visited did the same. So if you're a party of one you may not want to go to Applebee's.

Closing down your dining room at 8 pm( five hrs before you close) and forcing families to sit in the bar area is ridiculous.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Brianna waiting on us. She’s the BEST! Super friendly, very welcoming and she never let our drinks run dry. It was liking hanging at a friends place. SUPER hospitable. If you want a nice evening out for a reasonable price, come to this Applebees and ask to sit in Bri’s section. Thank me later!

I' want to thank our waitress Jada for going above and beyond to ensure that our dinner experience was exceptional. Their sincere welcome and excellent service made all the difference. And not only did she take great care of us, from what I could see she was equally just as good with her other tables as well. When I come back I will def be asking for her to be our waitress again 🤗

Food was a 2/5 but the service with Amaya was a 10/10. We really appreciated her consistency and attentiveness. If you stop by this location do yourself a favor and ask for Amaya.

Bartenders Jenine, Ricki, and Malissa are the best. Management always stops by to make sure I'm enjoying myself. Great location

The food was okay. The customer service from the bartender was unpleasant. She must have been having a bad day. Her face expressions and rolling her eyes did not help her. I know she needed the tip money. Hopefully the change causes her customer service to be more approachable. Her drinks are not up to par and are distasteful.
