Pulling into the Arbys Spring Hill Fl. drive thru around 11:45pm this past Friday night I thought I would get service with attitude because of being so close to closing time but instead was pleasantly surprised with the service I received from the blonde girl working the drive thru. She was very friendly and I was greeted with a smile. Great food & service, other restaurant & fast food chain employees should be more like her. A+ employee‼️😬

While my order too a while to be delivered I wasn’t in a rush and didn’t mind the extra wait. We were traveling from NY stopping or lunch. The food was good - for some reason expecting a little more from the flavor the meal as I haven’t been to Arby’s in years. Overall, can’t complain. Hit the spot and we kept moving

$20 for a B.B.Q BRISKET SANDWICH.That was burnt bread, no cheese on my brisket. A DROP OF barbecue sauce, it was all dried up. THE FRENCH FRIES WAS ALL WAS OVERCOOK. were never eat here ever again. Awful. YOU NEED TO FIRE. WHOEVER WAS WORKING THAT DAY, BECAUSE THEY SURE DON'T KNOW HOW TO COOK. THEY BURNT WATER.

One week ago I went to Arby's and the food it was a little tasty but not too good I only had a it only had birds burned a lot so we told to the employee to do us a refund but they said no refund so we head home the the commercial Way Arby's is a little bit rude and the bathrooms are clean but it has the last time a cockroach on it it was more than $30 to pay a hamburger and a a Happy meal of Arby's

Got my order I used the app got there got my bag told me the sauce was at the bottom absolutely no sauce at the bottom I ordered mozzarella sticks and not even the sauce for that. I feel like the main reasons to go to Arby's is the sauce and they didn't give me any even tho I maxed out the sauce part on the app highly saddened by this.
