Visiting friends in SH on Saturday we decided to drive through and grab lunch. BIG MISTAKE. I may as well flushed $25! Cold sandwiches and colder French fries. Please know it saddens me as the Arby’s in my area NEVER disappoints.

Don't know what happened or what team members were let go but the last few weeks the food has been unfortunately horrible. The chicken sandwiches & curly fries were always fresh and crispy. They're soft like MCchickens. When the deal went away we continued to grab at full price and that's when we stopped coming. Now the deal is back and still garbage. Whomever controlled the helme the first go around needs brought back. Not many place in Springhill on the side that are good to eat at. You were the last hope. Try back one more time in 2 weeks.

I ordered online BOGO Double Beef and Cheddar Large Crinkle Fries 6 pc mozzarella sticks The double beef and cheddar is supposed to be a half pound And it came with a regular roast beef It had just a little bit more meat than the regular roast beef hardly any cheese The french fries were not even cooked They were cold in the middle. I swear does any restaurant or employees take any pride. I asked for Arby's sauce horsey sauce and ranch instead of marinara I did get two marinara which I don't even eat. I'm mean really

curly fries were burnt, very over cooked. Told a worker Katelyn that fries were over cooked did nothing to the problem, but i am sorry got to go by a timer. not sure i will go back
