Well i just went tru drive thru service was plesant usually at fast food drive thru's i get alot of agfravated an grumpy employees seems like at arbys it changed smiling very polite it was actually nice food was good got beef an chesdars
Stood at counter waiting while I watched two employees sitting down in the back watching videos on their phones. If this is what you pay your employees to do then expect poor reviews.

Unfortunately, the person making our sammys, didn't really care about their job. Our sandwiches were DRENCHED with the condiments used, ultimately making the experience a nightmare, and basically ruined them. (We had the new bacon turkey sandwich, & the double roast beef and cheddar) Disappointing, & an aggravated mess.

Look I love most of the food here but why can’t you guys figure out how to get the sauce on the beef and cheddar? Every time I order one it’s a complete mess. More sauce on the wrapper and more cheese on the outside of the bun than on the beef. This is supposed to be one of your signature dishes. Get it right for Christs sake. I can’t eat this while I’m driving!!

I got fish and roast beef the fish was hot and very yummy I had to wait a few minutes on it but I rather wait and get hot food then it be sitting there for a while only thing that was wrong was I ask for lettuce and tomatoes on 1 of the beef sandwiches and I did not get that but they were starting to get a crowd in there and I didn't want to go back after I got home but all in all it was good hot food and I appreciate that. ?
