Gave it another shot, still disappointing, this time the ice cream taste like it was old and or frost bitten, plus the quantity to $ amount ratio is sad! $5.32 for 2 very small scoops is no deal! Even if the ice cream was quality.

Quality of the ice cream is good, but it's not a great value due to the small amount of ice cream on a double scoop. I guess that's to be expected when inexperienced employees work there.?

drinks were good but had to wait 10min for two drinks while they decided who got the leftovers of them, the manager was talking inappropriately about another employee while just holding onto our items. Pretty unprofessional for a manager to trash talk employees loudly in front of customers

Worst place ever, they made my driver wait 10 minutes extra after he got there, and on top of that they don’t have a important ingredient of a drink they promote so much, never ordering from this place, the place looks are not a good impression and they were not wearing gloves.

The food was okay. We tried the new cookie butter cold brew coffee and donut. They had more maple than I anticipated. The hashbrowns were oily and soft. None of it was bad, but we probably won't be back for awhile. Also, none of the workers seemed happy or anything. Very tense atmosphere.

We went to Dunkin/Baskin-Robbins my wife got a scoop of strawberry and a donut we were getting milkshakes. The cashier gave us the donut but said oh its Baskin-Robbins policy not to give the customer the product till its paid for I have always got my order in hand and then paid but not tonight. So we left won't be visiting them for a while.

Was absolutely disappointed in how I was treated when I came in I asked for 2 scoop vanilla with chocolate drizzle and strawberry or cherry and just got vanilla ice-cream then I got a banana split when asked what toppings I wanted I asked what they had and the lady just waved her hand over the topping like they spoke them self or something couldn't even tell me what topping they had very very disappointed wouldn't recommend to anyone
What happen to Baskin-Robbins? No more 31 flavors...I went to get a classic banana split and they don't even have the Strawberry or Pineapple toppings. I'll never go to another Baskin-Robbins again.

After waiting 10 minutes in line to be served I was told the computer system had to update and they wouldn't be able to serve me. I wish they would have told me before I waited , but I understandThings happen. What upset me in this whole matter is saw people come in after me and watched them be served through the window. I shouldn't have talked about wanting to order some large shakes
