Went to get ice cream at 10:35pm and was told we couldn't get any ice cream since they are cleaning the machines since they close at 11pm. It's baskin Robbins, we came for ice cream... This location is really terrible anytime I've been here. I recommend going elsewhere.

I stopped in last night for a late night treat and I must say in the midst of cleaning, the three employees greeted me with a smile stopped to help us immediately and we're incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful! They helped each other take care of our order quickly, and it was a rather smooth transaction! The restrooms were clean and the lobby was very clean and comfortable to sit and enjoy our ice cream! I want to give a big shout out to Jazmine, Bri, and Ella! They were awesome, and the reason that I will be back and think that the reviews for this place deserve better!

Service with a sneer, I was treated like nuisance; 3hrs til closing time, so I wasn't an obnoxious last-minute customer. Took 4mins by watch to get waited on inside store--I almost walked out. Associates seemed to be available, having casual conversations on their Bluetooth earpieces. Overpriced ice cream, topped w/Florida AND Hernando County sales TAXES!? No, thanks--drive across the street to Wawa for cheaper frozen treats w/o extra taxes and plenty of smiles! I'm not surprised to see all these bad reviews.

Ordered a banana split and got frozen bananas, wrong flavor ice cream, missing toppings and a drop of hot fudge! This place is the worst BR I've been to in a long time!

Ordered a single scoop on a cake cone and paid 4.59 for it. When the order was handed to me, the size of the scoop was so small it looked like I ordered a kids single scoop. For the price paid for, I should've bought a pint of Ben and Jerry and get six times the size of ice cream. wth 🤦♀️

I ordered a 3 scoop hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge. When I got home and opened the container, there was maybe 1 teaspoonful of hot fudge.I called and asked for a manager, to which I was told there wasn't one. I explained the situation to the girl who answered the phone. I was told to come back up, and she would give me 2 extra pumps of hot fudge..... by then, my ice cream would be melted.I know she is young, but the proper response would have been to offer to fix a new sundae. The girls are inexperienced and rude.I will not go back.
