I live in Indiana and ordered a ice cream cake for my nephews birthday. My sister picked it up on October 9th. The "football cake" looked nothing like the photo online, and looked like an 8to did the writing.... including leaving out the "Y" in Happy. Upon calling the store that same day, the manager of the store (11046 Spring Hill Dr. Spring Hill, Florida) took my information to pass along to his boss. I did receive a call from her that same day. I was told that she was going to refund the purchase price. Great!! Not really, she first offered a gift card. I live in Indiana and the closest store is an hour away. I then asked her if she can just refund the debt card it was paid with. Her answer was NO! She then took my information and told me she was going to mail either a check or cash to me.... she wasn't sure which. So here I sit,waiting for the mail. Totally unprofessional!! I would NOT recommend this store to anyone!!
