I cant say I don't recommend but it's either yes or no. My husband ordered steakburger and loved it. Their biscuits are the best. I ordered Chicken Tenders, Frys, Coleslaw. Frys were undercooked. The Tenders overcooked, just a tad less than burnt. Called Waitress, at first she was ok and said order something else because this is how we have to cook them. I ordered a turkey club to go. I Used to Love Bob Evans but when I went to get the famous pot roast and mashed potatoes and caramelized onions and carrots it was terrible! it was cold and I told the waitress and all she said was "oh I'm sorry"! I used to go there all the time but I won't be back ..that was my favorite meal I wanted to just chill out by myself and have a nice meal and it was terrible! It was only 6:30 PM!
I paid for a thanksgiving meal that was completely unfulfilled. Email said to pick it up at 3pm. Got there and called at 3pm. Spoke to a general manager named George who said he couldn’t find my ticket and refused to provide even a ballpark time when it would be done. He was incredibly rude and nasty.
