So I ordered 2 dinners online for pickup from here. I never received the order due to miscommunication. I called and spoke with the manager and explained what happened and she couldn’t be bothered with helping me. She had the food and my money and claimed there was nothing to be done. No refund, no offer to replace the food I didn’t receive, no customer service at all! She was extremely dismissive of my concerns like I was just trying to be a nuisance,when I couldn’t have been nicer when explaining that I never received what I paid for. I am still shocked at the lack of costumer service and the fact that they took my money and had zero concern that I didn’t receive anything!!!

The servers were all very polite and attentive. The chicken stripe were overdone to the point of rubber. The pot roast sandwich had a nice gravy, but the sourdough was overly toasted & caramelized onions were missing. It was highly underwhelming other than great servers.

I cant say I don't recommend but it's either yes or no. My husband ordered steakburger and loved it. Their biscuits are the best. I ordered Chicken Tenders, Frys, Coleslaw. Frys were undercooked. The Tenders overcooked, just a tad less than burnt. Called Waitress, at first she was ok and said order something else because this is how we have to cook them. I ordered a turkey club to go. I asked for something to put my Coleslaw in. she then rudely told me I couldn't have it. I asked her if she wanted my Biscuit and Frys. She said no. I should have paid for the Burger and left. Why were my Tenders crusted with reminds of hash browns? Why were home frys scattered in our frys? I'm guessing Chicken is being cooked with frys, home frys and hash browns. 🤔 Waitress should have been nicer. My goodness, I didn't burn my Tenders, you're throwing Coleslaw away, would it have been so horrible to say for the inconvenience, I'll be happy to get you a container. I seriously thought I was switching the Tenders for the Sandwich.

Got breakfast to go. It was hot and fresh and pretty good, even the coffee was good! The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because we asked for crispy bacon across all meals and it was not fully cooked enough.
The cashier with the thick makeup and long fake eyelashes is most unfriendly. I went to the register to pay and she just stands there and did not even great myself or the other people trying to pay. We had to wait several minutes to even have someone come ring us out. Not only did she not greet us but she can't even say thank you. People are not taught proper manners anymore. The food is less than standard. This place has really gone down hill.

Beautiful restaurant. Friendly staff. Portions were great. Left full and satisfied. Jaime was our server and sh was awesome.
Food and service here is always great. We showed up around 8:30 am. We were seated right away, got our drinks within minutes, placed our order, I went to the restroom and when I returned my food was waiting for me!
