Got breakfast to go. It was hot and fresh and pretty good, even the coffee was good! The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because we asked for crispy bacon across all meals and it was not fully cooked enough.

The cashier with the thick makeup and long fake eyelashes is most unfriendly. I went to the register to pay and she just stands there and did not even great myself or the other people trying to pay. We had to wait several minutes to even have someone come ring us out. Not only did she not greet us but she can't even say thank you. People are not taught proper manners anymore. The food is less than standard. This place has really gone down hill.

Food and service here is always great. We showed up around 8:30 am. We were seated right away, got our drinks within minutes, placed our order, I went to the restroom and when I returned my food was waiting for me!

It's been years since we stopped at any Bob Evans which used to be our favorite casual spot. 3 of us today stopped for breakfast. Great selection, fresh, large portions and great prices compared to other places. Back to being our favorite breakfast/lunch spot in Hernando County.
Dietary restrictions: Waitress worked with one member in our group with food allergies. Awesome.
Been here twice in the last month. Both times had an excellent meal. Omelets are light and fluffy and packed full of the ingredients you choose. We'll be back again! Also service was excellent and fast! If our glass was half full, within a minute waitress was by with another glass without us having to ask. Both times the two different waitresses were very attentive! Breakfast served all day , we were there around the dinner hour.

I Used to Love Bob Evans but when I went to get the famous pot roast and mashed potatoes and caramelized onions and carrots it was terrible! it was cold and I told the waitress and all she said was "oh I'm sorry"! I used to go there all the time but I won't be back ..that was my favorite meal I wanted to just chill out by myself and have a nice meal and it was terrible! It was only 6:30 PM!
