Been going there for a few years. Your employees talk trash bout the owner because of no games. Idc. I care ti have my order correct, my Togo order not missing anything. But no. We dont care about the person tipping 20-25% who cares. Im gonna talk crap for 10min. I front of everyone and whatever. Wow. Poor. It's gone down hill . Its a dive now

Outrageous u have to give your phone number , they text u to sign a waiver that requires your email. ( Probably gets paid to sell it) sign a waiver and give a credit card, debt card or id.to get a table.This is illegal for a company to hold your card physically. Security issues. Your crredut company doesn't allow it either . The owner should be ashamed of himself. Why do I have to give all this info to rent a table. Outrageous found out he purchased capones too. Outragous and disgusting they should name the place gastopos I rather travel to Tampa or Ocala. Looks like a nice place but these rules are illegal and put your security at risk. Change the policy

Wow just called Monday September 8th at 6 pm to ask a question about this place. Zero personality answers the phone and was inconvenienced by my call. “ What ya need” all rude… I wanted to try this place out, but not anymore. Good job management!

I’m just very upset because today we drove over 30 minutes to come and play at this pool hall because the pool hall we were used to going to. But on Saturday nights the night that most people have offered are trying to go out they solely rent out the tables to people who are in poor leagues. There is no tables open to the public so if you want to have fun on a Saturday night, this is not the place.

If I could give zero stars I would I’m sorry. Do not go there unless you are part of their little circle because they are not welcoming to other people.

Great place to have fun and play pool.
The waitresses are the best. Sydney & Logan are the best ladies and waitress. We play there 3 to 4 time's a week and those ladies never miss a beat. The food is great and reasonably priced. They keep the place clean nothing bad to say about this place.

My wife and I love this place. We rarely get drinks but when we do we come to Boss Ladies. Not only is the food actually really good for a Gastrobar, the service is even better. We always are served my Bri, who is attentive and remembers the complexity of our drinks when we come in. The place is great as it's never rowdy or overly loud. Overall a great place to have a couple of drinks, eat some good food, and have a good time.
