Breakfast Station

From the moment you walk into The Breakfast Station, you can feel the energy — this place is always buzzing. It’s never empty, but somehow the wait is never long. They seat you quickly, and once you’re at a table, you’re taken care of like family.

We were in Spring Hill for three days and lucky enough to find this spot on day one. It was so good we came back every single morning after. Their Eggs Benedict was perfection — from the poached eggs to the silky sauce. I had scrambled eggs and bacon another morning, just as delicious. They even offer craft coffees, which were a nice surprise and absolutely worth trying.

A few standout details:

Comfort: The AC works beautifully (a must in Florida).
Cleanliness: Bathrooms and dining area were spotless every visit.
Service: The owner himself was bussing tables with a smile, setting the tone for the whole staff. Everyone was cheerful, welcoming, and by the second day, they greeted us like regulars.

Behind the scenes, the kitchen must be just as solid, because every plate that came out hit the mark. Somehow, despite how busy it always was, we never felt rushed to leave.

Great food, warm atmosphere, and staff who truly care about the place. The Breakfast Station is more than a meal — it’s the kind of restaurant that makes you look forward to mornings.

Had to stop for the pumpkin pancakes today...AWESOME! I had them with the cinnamon swirl and as I was eating them with perfectly cooked bacon (not wadded up and thrown in deep fryer), their TV was displaying their specials and said to try them with pecans! So, that'll be next time! My hubby had the country skillet and loved it as usual. We used to go to Brooksville store but will be back to Northcliffe now! Closer to home AND better food!

I ordered the Liver & onion with bacon crumbles entre'. It was cooked medium as I asked and was tender and delicious. It was served with whipped potatoes and coleslaw. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal! The service was friendly and on spot. Be it breakfast or lunch I have always enjoyed eating here!

Good food, excellent prices. Our new breakfast spot! I don't give 5 stars for food very often, but if the syrup was pure maple, this place would come close. We are not talking high end chefs or anything, it American breakfast fare, but a good solid quality breakfast.

Breakfast this morning was cold so was the coffee. We like this place second to breakfast club which is by far the best. Today, and most days the food was lukewarm
