Went here for a quick date night while on vacation and can honestly say some of the best service we’ve ever had! Our server, Nicholas, was incredibly sweet and helpful and even went beyond service. We talked for a good while about baking and cooking and just random things. The owner, Brian, also came out and made sure everyone was enjoying their food and their night. Finally got to try Brian’s Place and sorry we waited so long to try it. Definitely not your typical tired Spring Hill restaurant! The food, atmosphere and service were all equally amazing! I’d put this place up against any restaurant in Tampa. Food was fine dining 10 out of 10. The staff, super friendly and attentive. If you are looking for a little bit of class in Hernando beach this is it. Brian's Place is the only true restaurant in Hernando beach and they do a very nice job. Thank you Brian! see you soon.
