Whenever I come here, I'm not sure the manager's name but she is always smiling. And I really appreciate that.The food is also usually very fresh! I just thought I should leave a review. Because the managers attitude is just infectious.And she's pleasant to be around. I didn't feel uncomfortable asking for sauces or altering my order. This is a good burger king. Have it your way, LOL.

Got the maple bourbon whopper. Its supposed to have crispy onion, jalapeños, and bacon. The image looks delicious. I got a whopper smothered in bbq with the tiniest pinch of the crispy onion/jalapeños and bacon.

Skimpy.

Worse BK ever. Bad food, service and no one knows how to answer the phone. When you serve subpar food and have lousy service I guess you know better then answer the phone. Recommend they close shop til experienced personnel can be hired. Over all they are the worse, owners and management

Skip this location, waited 30 minutes at the drive through with minimal line. Made the wrong drinks, gave us two small cokes when they were supposed to be a large coke and a large Powerade. Missing most of our meal. And everything was ice cold by the time we got it.

Just left the drive through. I don’t normally post negative reviews, but these were each $3. Also, whoever is taking payment at the first window right now is incredibly rude and shouldn’t be working in customer service 😬

It’s Burger King. It’s just fast food. So usually run by a bunch of teenagers just trying to get through their short shift. I normally don’t write reviews because I don’t like to complain but I’ve been to this Burger King 5 times now and every time they forget something that we ordered.

Today I went because I wanted to try the new Wednesday Adam’s meal. The golden rule of drive thru’s always check the bag before you pull off. Unfortunately I did not this time I got all the way home and started pulling stuff out of the bag and realized they didn’t give us the Gome’z churros fries that we ordered and paid for…if I had the receipt I would call them right back up but I normally tell people I don’t need the receipt because I usually end up just throwing them away so I didn’t get a receipt this time.

So bottom line I was just really looking forward to try this meal and I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking everything would just be in the bag but this was my last try for this location. Hopefully in a few months they will listen to the reviews and can get a better staff in there to do the orders right and give people what they pay for instead of constantly ripping them off.

This Burger King has the most incompetent staff I've ever seen. Let some random dude walk out with my food (which included 2 kids meals, which he knew he didn't order), and then expected me to serve it to my kids after the stranger brought it back into the store.

I won't be coming back to this circus.

The absolute worst BK I’ve ever been to! I sat at the drive through pickup window for almost 20 minutes with no communication from the clerk on the status of my order. Finally got my food, get home & the entire burger was cold from the bun to the cheese with no mayonnaise or ketchup. Driest burger ever!!! The line behind me was out to the street and the staff looked unbothered. The guy at the pay window was the ONLY decent person. If you want BK take the drive to SR50! #Ridiculous

Granted there is a hurricane, but I just bought a royal crispy chicken sandwich and it’s flatter than $1.50 chicken sandwich at McDonald’s. It doesn’t make sense I pay $10 for 10 individual fries and a flat crispy chicken sandwich. It’s disgusting. I’ll never go back again.

Without fail, every single time i place a mobile order and add extra sauce (which costs me money) they forget the sauce. I have even asked them if they put the sauce in my bags and the worker told me she did and i failed to double check and make sure and made it all the way home and there was no sauce.

There is a guy who works at night who is much older (not sure if he’s a night manager or what) but he never seems to be happy or anything. I have heard him on the speaker say ‘seriously?’ when i stated i had a mobile order. Their hours are listed. They should be expected to make food throughout their business hours. I’ve had multiple run ins with this guy and he never provides decent customer service or anything.

The food always comes out okay. I’ve had some issues with old fries and wilted lettuce in my wraps/burgers/sandwiches.
