Went for a quick bite after shopping. Got a to go order took almost 30min to get our order after waiting almost 10min to order being the ONLY people in line. Got home and the lettuce on our chicken sandwich was brown mushy and disgusting.

I don't want to give a bad review, as my issues were properly resolved when they arose, but could have been prevented. The cashier at the time, was not entirely coherent to us, even when speaking clearly. Seems that they might have been "Out of it". That being said, their coworker ensured that our oder was properly fulfilled, and that we had everything we needed. Thank you sir for your excellent service. I will not call out this individual as everyone has the right to work, regardless of their situation. I hope this individual gets the help they need.

This Burger King was way better before they built the new building. The parking lot is horribly designed, there seems to be less room inside the building than there was before, and the staff/service has been slow and rude every time I’ve gone here since the new building was built. The most recent time I went here (Saturday afternoon 9/28), they actually said they needed to stop taking orders because they were so backed up. There were a bunch of people waiting for their food and a bunch of people waiting to have their orders taken, which wasn’t being done because the guy at the register kept walking away to stare at the order monitors. Do you really need 3 people watching the monitors and no one on register when there’s a line of people waiting? Then once I did receive my food, which was supposed to be to go, it was handed to me on a tray. When I brought this to the girl’s attention, she literally handed me two bags and walked away, leaving my food on the tray for me to bag. What kind of service is that? These employees needs some serious training on customer service skills.

Burger King on 19/Applegate is so ghetto its not even funny. You wait 10 plus minutes at the drive thru speaker and they tell you multiple times to please hold. They manipulate the entire system at that location so it works best for the workers convenience every time, they make you wait at the first window and tell you not to drive up yet, then they tell you at the 2nd window to pull up and they'll bring you your food, then the food is wrong and your not at a window so now you have to go inside and inconvenience yourself more. Today they told me 2 people quit on shift and walked out and that its total hell inside right now. I pulled away without making a purchase today because of their sloppy bs and their uncaring attitude, and remember that I was at the drive thru speaker for 10 plus minutes, so half a dozen cars behind me pulled off because they didn't want to wait any longer. This place is losing money and honestly its for the best, dont support this location. Tomorrow ill be calling corporate office.

I have been a regular customer at this Burger King location for quite some time. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and has compelled me to reconsider my patronage.

During my last visit, I needed to use the restroom, and after knocking on the door, I received no response for about five minutes. When I knocked again, I finally got a response, but it took an additional eight minutes before the employee exited the bathroom. She did not apologize for the delay.

To make matters worse, while my husband was ordering our food, I overheard this employee, who appeared to be a manager, speaking disrespectfully about me to another employee, using inappropriate language and referring to me in a derogatory manner. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also highly offensive, especially in front of other customers.

This experience has unfortunately led to us deciding not to return to this location. I hope that management will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving their customer service standards.
Looks like there is a lot of complaints about this manager or employee. Corporate might receive a call from me

They literally never put the sauces in the bag. I ordered door dash and I even paid for 4 extra sauces and I didn't even receive the sauces that came with my nuggets. $1 on sauces just for them not to put them in the bag. Are you guys that stupid that you forget to put sauces in the bag???

I had an issue with the mozzarella sticks and not getting a sandwich but Cin fixed our issue and was very polite during the entire process!!

Every time I come here it gets worse and worse I’m always waiting 30 minutes or more my husband called the store to make sure they had the fiery sprite because they never gave anything new in stock they said yes so I placed my order online when I got there I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes and then when I get to the window they don’t have the fiery sprite and she has a rude attitude I then get parked and Im still here my order was supposed to be ready at 7:21 it is 7:56 and no sign of them coming out with my two meals that’s all I ordered two meals and two orders or mozzarella sticks this place is pathetic why have two lanes if only one is ever opened I wish the owner could see how much business they are losing on that alone I watched so many cars leave because of the line and now it’s 8 pm and I’m still here ! I got to leave 8:08 pm I almost spent a whole hour in bk drive thru never again

At this present I'm time I'm at the window for the last 40 minutes, and only1 car on front of me. They are using the cashier to dispatch food also. This is not acceptable. This issue happen, very often. Because short staffed. The Service is very bad. They forget to put napkins, plus straw, amount other things. and my milk shake, Had stiky chocolate spill over along the plastic cup. Please Take a look to all clients reviews, you will find out, that there is an issue in taht store

We were the only car in line. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 onion rings. Took a while to get the food after we paid. Thought we were getting super fresh food because it took so long. Burgers were barely warm. Cheese was cold and the onion rings were chewy and dry.
