This seems like a project that a bored housewife started. The food is just atrocious and the farthest from authentic Mexican street food I've had in the area. Just go to Coyote Rojo or La Casa Mexicana instead. The tacos here looks anemic. Stale tortillas and gringo flavored rice.

YEP a 5star street food truck on Spring Hill Blvd in Spring Hill FL. I was visiting from NY when my nephew took me to Cali Street Tacos! And I will definitely be going back again and again on every visit to FL. Let's just say when your customer orders guacamole w chips and you ran out of guac & avocado what do you do, 1. sorry l ran out would you like something else? 2. sorry for the delay I just sent my employee to the store to get fresh avocado so I can make your guacamole? White glove service and then some. AND the food...DELICIOUS!! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We used to love this place. Don't know what has happened, but it has gone downhill dramatically. Ordered 10 Carnitas tacos today. First off, the lady taking my order stopped me and said that they were out of most of their meat. Luckilly(???) that was what we wanted. I asked for a side if queso cheese. She informed me they had been out of that too for over a month. It then took 35 minutes for them to make 10 simple tacos. Got home and we opened up the containers, and they did not look at all like the ones we have ordered in the past. Hard, chewy, and flavorless. The salsa they gave us was straight from a jar. Horrible. The big chain store with Taco in the name was better. We tried giving it to the dog and he walked away. Seriously? The dog wouldn't eat the taco. I don't see this place being in business much longer. Sad, used to be a great place.

The food was good. The first time I’ve went here. The second time they messed up my order and had limited amount of food that they gave me options instead of what I wanted. I wanted beef birria tacos. I received chewy steak instead and waited 35 minutes. The third time I went was the same thing they changed up the meat and I did not get the authentic Birria tacos. I received corn and it was over cooked and gross too. I also waited 45 minutes, the parking and wait time is too much. They say they have the food on the menu and then when time comes u have to pick a different Meat. I think the food was amazing the first time but I noticed the second and third time there was a different person cooking not the owner and I think they need to let that person go and if you look at him, you should understand why. It is not good for that business and it’s a downfall because of it. Marcus your food was good until I noticed that. And the old lady behind the desk wiping her nose and picking her teeth constantly needs to stop

The picture speaks for itself I’ve been craving a good burrito I got carne asada and Al pastor burrito SOOOOO good 5 stars for sure customer service is amazing too definitely coming back for another one the owner remade my burrito and gave me a credit and it was perfect. Try it for yourself so good ❤️
Amazing food, great staff. Owner Marcus is amazing and very attentive to your needs. This will be my new spot for tacos. If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re truly missing out. Oh, and the birria tacos! You won’t regret it!! 🤩
