Something has changed at the Spring Hill location off of Mariner . Last few times been under par . Tonight I got hard rubbery reheated fries and 1 hot piece of fish and 1 cold piece of fish in the drive thru .

Very quiet and we were the only ones in there for a while. The food was hot and fresh, the front end attendant was nice. The only negative thing I had noticed was for it to not be as busy at that time, someone should have atleast come to clean the table tops. There was food crumbs on most of them.

I fed my whole family (4 whole meals) for $25! And it was good 😋

Wrong delivery despite double checking, Did he change the trash and give the drinking vessels with the same hand without washing his hand?Because I warned about the missing order, it was discussed with other employees in the back. the workers' clothes are dirty, the shop ceiling is moldy.

Forget those big fancy restaurants. Captain D's is awesome. Wide variety of seafood choices that will not break your budget. I just wish they had a larger dinning area.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, and I can honestly say the experience has gone downhill since the new general manager took over. The previous GM was professional, respectful, and made customers and employees feel valued. Unfortunately, the new GM has shown terrible behavior, making rude remarks to both staff and customers. It’s disappointing to see the change in atmosphere, and I hope management addresses this issue soon.

I took my wife here after hearing about captain d’s through a podcast believe it or not. So our first time there at the Spring Hill location and Captain D’s in general. We first opened the door and were greeted by one of the cleanest places we’ve ever seen. Next the ice was crushed so good sign there. The food was amazing. We both had the fish and chicken platter. My wife’s sides were Mac n cheese, coleslaw, and green beans. My wife said everything was fantastic !! My sides were Mac n cheese and fries so obviously delicious too !! The hush puppies were so good! Fish was perfect, moist, as well as the chicken. The staff was amazing I saw the guy cleaning tables and bringing food out to the tables. 10/10!!
