Always have a terrible customer experience the crew is sometimes better than the management and Everytime I order something I'm missing at least one item from my food one time paid extra for six extra sauces that I was told were in with my food when I got home nothing..... Highly disappointed

Tried it twice while working right around the corner. Worst Charley’s I have ever had. Cashier almost fought a customer right before I ordered. Almost no meat on the sandwich. Honestly the worst $50 on food I have ever spent.

I haven’t been to this location a long time but today I was at Walmart and I bought some Walmart chicken and sit down inside to eat because it is hot asf out side and I have my baby sibling with me that is only four months and a 5 year old and bc we did not buy for them
The worker came out very rudely and told us to leave because we did not buy nothing. We cannot sit here. What an asshole. We live in Florida for God sake. It was too hot out here for babies to be outside. Even other locations I’ve been to. I have sat inside. At Walmart. And didn’t have to buy nothing to sit and use a table.
I don’t see the problem with sitting down and using a table when we were the only people in the whole entire restaurant get a life, dude

Excellent Coke Zero. Hard to find a decent Coke Zero from a fountain. Had the kimchi steak sandwich. Love the kick it carries. Overall a tasty surprise! Was light on the meat and no fries were available (11am).
