Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Ordered the $7.49 special they have going. Any small chicken and original fry. Asked how much to add a drink. He said it comes with a drink. I said ok I'll do that. They made the sandwich wrong and added lettuce and tomato. Didn't give me my fries. When he brought it I said where's my fries. He said you didn't order fries. I said it says fries on the special. He said oh well I didn't ring it up that way. So the special was 7.49 and charged me $13. So the small drink was 5??? And didn't give me fries? So I got cheated on food and charged me almost double. He did nothing to try and fix my order. Probably over charging and pocketing the difference after he modifies the order. I'll never return if this is how they treat you. Ring up your order wrong to over charge. Make it wrong. And do nothing to correct it

First, to automatically up charge the order to large is wrong . Even when you say small. Then, when the employee and owner have an attitude when giving the money back, it just makes it worse. And give not even right amount back cause you don't know how to issue a refund. Very bad business. Food was OK, not worth the money.

Charley's is so good! I Love the Chicken Philly's here and I just tried the Mango Lemonade, it's Delicious!

George is the manager and he makes everyone feel like he's been waiting to see them all day! What a nice guy! And the food is incredible!

My son and I went in to get two Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, one medium, and one large with extra steak, a regular fry and a large Coke. They tried to charge me for two large fries and two large cokes. I had to bring this to the attention of the manager so that I could get it changed to what I wanted in my order. He did take the extra Coke off and also the extra fry off and changed one fry to a regular. When we got our sandwiches, there was very little steak on both sandwiches and a lot of onions, green peppers and lettuce pretty much took up the whole sandwich with very little meat. This meal cost me $36 and was definitely not worth the money. I will never eat at that establishment ever again. And I will tell everybody that it’s nothing but a rip off.

The food was pretty good but if u get the combo to go get your French fries separate I only had 10 French fries, they cost almost $3.00

My son's favorite place to eat. He'll usually go order while I'm checking out at Walmart and take it to go on occasion dine in. Staff is so friendly they always remember him and his order. Customer service here is one of the best I've seen around town

Great customer service, amazing food!

Rude, condescending and thinks all customers are repeat customers. He says, "you've been here before and you know know I make it the same way every time." No, I haven't been here before, he gave me fries that tasted like unclean grease, incorrect ingredients and the food was repulsive. Nice job, know it all. Now I'm sick.

THE FOOD WAS AMAZING I got the chicken wings and cheese fries with lemonade pretty sure at the time there was only one guy working and he was the best , brought my food to my table and everything. He was so nice too and recommend the mango habanero sauce for the wings and so yummy. The place was clean too . And just a over all great experience will definitely come back

First off, the food was awesome! Cheese fries are an A+. I've never been here before but since it was in walmart, and me and my mom needed to go there today, we stopped in. The lady who served us was amazing. Very friendly and personable. The service was quick. She even brought it to our table when she was done making it. My mom asked her name so we can put it in a review. Her name is Celiz, so give her a raise, she was great!

The place was very clean. Only suggestion, add a ketchup bottle with the other sauces by the soda machine ?. But really it was great, no complaints. I will definitely come again.
