I just came in here not even 30 minutes ago, we browsed the ice cream for about 2 minutes before going to order. The girl at the counter seemed very upset we walked in in the first place, and was rude and snappy the entire time we ordered. The final order we made, was a soft serve sundae i believe, we wanted vanilla and the girl says informs us they were out and they just cant make it for us. We said thats okay can we do chocolate instead? The girl the rolled her eyes, scoffed and coated the cup in chocolate. When she thought no one was looking, she spit into the cup, laughed, and filled it with ice cream. Ive genuinely never been so disgusted and repulsed in my life. I am never ever coming back to this location.

First time customer. Spent $30 on two small original cheesesteak sandwiches, a cheese and bacon fry and 3 drinks. Prices on menu board are lower than prices actually charged, unfortunately I didn't figure this out until after we had finished our meal or else I wouldn't have even got food here. Then cheesesteak was awful and the cheese was so artificial my kid said it should not be allowed to be sold. On a positive note the staff was very friendly and the dining area is very clean and large.

Came in today and literally stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes until another employee walked in from outside and acknowledged that I was standing there with 2 other customers. He than said we have a big catering order do I don’t know if you guys want to wait. Making us all feel like that we were bothering them. Either the owner needs to hire more staff or hire more competent people.

My take on the wings is that they came out tough. That means it's from frozen wings not very fresh. Sorry never again will I order this item.

This place took forever for 2 sandwiches. Their large is smaller than a Publix sub and didn’t have much meat. I’ll never go back.

First time visiting this place. I create an account and everything to go and eat. I ordered and received a time. When I went to the place the order was not ready. I wait 45+ minutes for my order. It’s not the employees fault they were doing there best. But having just a few employees to save payroll it’s not always the smart move. Probably my first and last time visiting.

Very disappointed this visit. Ordered through the app for pick up with a specific time. Arrived food wasn't ready. Left and came back 45 minutes later, food still not ready. When it was finally ready they didn't box it up and get me out I had to ask them to get it together. Now I've got cold food and frustrations. None of this was worth the bother. Service was slllllooooooow and there was no one in there. I don't think the owner was on site. Sad.

This place is the bomb when it’s running well. Runs well when the owner is in. The moment the owner steps out they have sluggish times and are 30+ minutes behind on orders. The food is good just think if you have 5 people working the kitchen it shouldn’t take very long to get food out.

Purchased lunched , my sub was made wrong . I reached out to let them know and they said oh we will remake it and head in over , this area is so busy, so I give them time to make the sub so I can get in and get out. I arrive and go to the counter and ask for it with my name , she says oh it’s almost ready…… another guy approaches me and said oh yea , just a few more minutes and I asked did you even start making it ? Oh, Well I haven’t seen you in here at all before , so we didn’t make it. Another guy comes over , oh maybe you have wrong location , I’m not in the business to play games with unprofessional restaurants , It was the right location , and they never intended to fix my sub. Clowns ! Avoid this restaurant! I will be reaching corporate office over something so simple to appease

Delicious cheesesteak and wings! You actually get meat with both! Great new location with a few fun games and an attached iced cream place!
